My clients are seeking a skilled BeyondTrust PAM Engineer to design, implement, and manage enterprise endpoint security solutions. The PAM Engineer will play a critical role in reducing endpoint risks by enforcing least privilege policies, controlling application execution, and supporting the organization's identity and privilege access management strategy. The ideal candidate has strong technical expertise in BeyondTrust solutions across all OS's, and a proven background in enterprise security engineering.
The role:
Design & Implementation
- Lead the deployment and configuration of BeyondTrust EPM/PMUL across enterprise endpoints (Windows, macOS, Linux).
- Develop policies to enforce least privilege, application control, and just-in-time elevation.
- Integrate BeyondTrust PAM with other enterprise security tools (SIEM, IAM, vulnerability management).
- Develop policies in Password safe to ensure privileged accounts are secured
- Create Automation using API's for onboarding of assets/users
Operations & Support
- Maintain, monitor, and troubleshoot PAM infrastructure and endpoint agents
- Respond to incidents and service requests related to Analyze logs, alerts, and user behaviors to refine security policies
Policy & Governance
- Collaborate with security, compliance, and IT operations teams to align PAM policies with corporate security standards.
- Contribute to identity & access management (IAM) and privileged access management (PAM) strategies
- Document configurations, policies, and standard operating procedures.
Continuous Improvement
- Conduct proof-of-concepts for new PAM features and integrations.
- Provide recommendations to optimize endpoint security without impacting user productivity
- Develop automation scripts (PowerShell, Python, etc.) for reporting and operational efficiency.
Have you:
- 3-5+ years of experience in endpoint security engineering or privileged access management.
- Hands-on experience with BeyondTrust solutions (design, deployment, policy management).
- Strong knowledge of Windows and macOS endpoint administration.
- Familiarity with Active Directory, Group Policy, and enterprise endpoint management tools (SCCM, Intune, Jamf).

This role would suit a mid-level technologist with experience in privileged access management, who can operate independently on day-to-day PAM processes and contribute to service planning.
The successful candidate ideally should have:
• Third level qualification in Information Security or IT, or equivalent work or education-related experience preferable.
• At least five years' experience in an IT Security industry role, with hands-on experience in PAM or cybersecurity operations and ten plus years' experience in the IT industry.

About the role
The Privileged Access Management team is situated within the AIG Global Identity and Access Management team. The team is currently focused on increasing the adoption of the selected Enterprise Privileged Access management tool, CyberArk, to reduce the overall risk landscape at AIG.
You will partner closely with the PAM Principal Engineers and the development teams to implement strong PAM controls, protect credentials and secrets and mature AIG's posture using the zero-trust framework.
What You Will Do:
- The PAM (Privileged Access Management) Engineer role is essential to supporting business requests for securing and managing privileged accounts.
- Plays a pivotal role in supporting the principal engineers by integrating applications with the PAM tool and extending capabilities of the PAM service, ensuring the management of Privileged Accounts and Secrets.
- Work directly with our users, being the front line of Privileged Access.
- Partner with engineering and architecture teams to scope requirements and capabilities for PAM that are out of the box. Installing and implementing marketplace plug-ins as needed to support adoption.
- Support the Principal Engineers to identify opportunities to enhance the PAM capabilities and contribute to process improvements.
- Provide training to end-users, Admins and DevOps, on CyberArk functionality and capabilities.
- Leverage knowledge of Privileged Access to maintain a clean and compliant environment.
- Implement robust monitoring and alerting for the PAM tool and privileged access.
- Help to define, identify, and inventory privileged access within our environment and detect exceptions to our standards through automated reporting solutions.
- Make risk-based and data-driven decisions to achieve prioritized outcomes in alignment with PAM standard.
What You Will Need:
Qualifications
- Detail-oriented and self-motivated.
- Customer-focused with strong communication skills, having the ability to communicate technical concepts to a non-technical audience.
- Bachelor's degree in a Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or related field, such as Computer Science or Information Technology.
- In depth experience as a Privileged Access Management (PAM) hands-on practitioner, ideally with experience running an enterprise vault, such as CyberArk, with a strong track record of configuring and maintaining the solution.

Associate Director/Manager
– Cyber Security – Identity and Access Management
to join our Cyber Security practice, based in Dublin city centre. You will get to work on high-profile projects in Cyber Security, Identity and Access Management and Digital Transformation.
We Ideally Need You To Have The Following
- A relevant professional qualification such as CISSP, CISA or CISM is a strong advantage.
- Relevant third-level qualification in a technical based subject such as Computer Science, Information / Cyber Security or Cyber Crime Prevention.
- A minimum of 8 years' experience working in the area of Cyber Security, focusing in particular on the areas of Identity and Access Management (IAM), Privileged Access Management (PAM) and Customer Identity and Access Management (CIAM), preferably in a consultancy services firm or other similar experience.
- Knowledge and techniques for IAM transformation, IAM remediation and audit driven remediation will be an added advantage.
- Excellent understanding of IAM best practices and leading IAM toolsets.
- Relevant Cyber security experience in large corporates / multinational environment in strategic roles will an advantage. Cyber experience in financial services, telecoms or the energy sector will be an added advantage.
- Ability to work with multi-stakeholder environment to drive remediation targets and programme across national /regional organizations.

Your work will be varied. Below will be some of your core responsibilities:
- Oversee client engagement teams and work across countries in the areas of IAM design, remediation and transformation.
- Experience in analysing complex processes and technologies from the perspective of user management and presenting outcomes to Senior Management.
- Provide guidance and share knowledge with team members and participate in supporting clients, particularly in the areas of Cyber, IAM, PAM and CIAM.
- Significant experience in enterprise IAM, this includes; Joiners, Movers, Leavers (JML), recertification, Role Based Access Controls (RBAC) analysis and design, Segregation of Duties (SoD), Target Operating Model (TOM) design and IAM governance.
- Significant experience in PAM, this includes analysing, designing and implementing controls around password management, PAM request, approvals and monitoring.
- Significant experience in CIAM, digital and cloud identity will be particularly useful, this includes open standards as OAUTH, OIDC and API security.
- Experience in toolsets such as Okta, Ping, Sailpoint and CyberArk will be beneficial.
- Proven ability to review work performed by the engagement team members and maintain relationships with client account leadership to manage expectations of service, including work products, timing, and services to be delivered.
- Experience in designing IAM solutions for clients operating in a regulated environment will be an advantage. Experience of Cyber and IAM in the context of GDPR, PSD2, KYC, AML and Open Banking will be an added advantage.
- Oversee the execution of Information Security and privacy inherent to client engagements.
- Be creative, self-motivated, perform research in new techniques and methods.
- Demonstrate excellent project management skills, promote teamwork and individual accountability with engagement team members, and use available technology, tools, and KPMG Information Security assets to enhance the effectiveness of deliverables and services.
- Go to market and provide talks to external and internal forums (seminars, conferences, etc.).

Key Accountabilities And Responsibilities
- Drive projects from the concept stage through to full implementation; playing an integral role in the success of each project.

- Determine project schedules by studying project plans and specifications, calculating time requirements and sequencing project elements.
