Job Title: PAM Governance Analyst, AVP About Opportunity: Global Cybersecurity (GCS) protects State Street and its clients from the impact of cyber-attacks against systems by understanding the risks these attacks present and mitigating them through a robust, continuously evolving, cybersecurity program and control environment. Cyber Architecture & Engineering (Cyber A&E) is one of five functions that make up GCS. Cyber A&E designs, architects, deploys, and continually enhances security measures for the protection of State Street's information related to its assets and customers. This PAM Governance Analyst will sit in the PAM Governance sub-function in Cyber A&E. This role is responsible for designing and maintaining automated and manual privileged access controls for all aspects of privileged access including non-human accounts and privileged human accounts. Our work requires us to think in terms of risk and design automation and procedures that will mitigate risks and maintain compliance for all PAM standards. Other responsibility areas are listed below. Responsibilities: Take a lead role in ensuring all subsidiary and affiliate business lines are meeting PAM controls within their organizations. Be the go-to person for them to understand new standards and requirements as they emerge. Work as part of the team designing our new Compliance Platform. Write requirements, including UI requirements, test the data and the platform for completeness and accuracy. Test current standards by gathering and reviewing data from various infrastructure systems including Active Directory, Windows, Unix/Linux, Oracle, Sybase, SQL Server, RACF, AWS, Azure, OCI and other Clouds. You will be learning how State Street's IGA and Cybersecurity systems are integrated and designing controls within that context. Writing requirements documents and specifications for systems to enforce automated controls. Work closely with application and infrastructure teams to understand their operational models and provide guidance for onboarding their privileged access to CyberArk and/or Hashicorp. Respond to lines of defense queries about controls and privileged access management policies and procedures. Maintain documentation for privileged access policies and procedures. Attend vendor training and customer support events for CyberArk, Hashicorp and other products. Prepare manual compliance reports as necessary until full automation is in place Propose and champion modifications to the security standards. Assist members of the IT community with questions about policy and standards. Design and implement new processes and procedures as needed to enhance security posture and controls. Preferred Qualifications: Candidates with the following knowledge areas, though not required, are preferred: Operating Systems: Windows, Unix, Linux Databases: Oracle, Sybase and SQL Server, Databricks Code and Scripting Languages: SQL, PowerShell, Linux shell scripting, Python and an understanding of operating systems Windows and Linux and accounts management on these systems are preferred. As a Security Engineer, you will build or enhance existing automation to improve operational efficiency or generate new insights from existing data. You will identify, evaluate, and prioritize opportunities for automating Partner Security mechanisms across a diverse landscape of business tools, systems, and architectures. You will meet with other teams across the Global Services organization to collaborate on security mechanisms, like partner onboarding and offboarding workflows, to improve consistency and compliance throughout the organization.
You will contribute to security training programs, best practices documentation, and security policies tailored for internal teams engaging with subcontracted partners. You will implement scalable processes and tooling solutions to facilitate regular audits of partner security controls and compliance standards. Additionally, you will provide technical expertise and support for ongoing security assessments of Partners and subcontractors within the SMGS business units, ensuring adherence to AWS security standards

Basic Qualifications
- This role requires you to be a national of an EU member state
- 3+ years of any combination of the following: threat modeling experience, secure coding, identity management and authentication, software development, cryptography, system administration and network security experience

**Overview**
As a Senior Security Engineer, you play a crucial role as a key member of our Information Security team. Security Architecture is comprised of security experts who are focused and specialized in securing all aspects of Oracle Cloud. We are currently looking for a highly motivated security engineer with experience in Cloud Security to join OCI Security Architecture team. This person would be involved in architecture, design, prototyping and development of the security aspects of Oracle Cloud's products and services.
You should be a security-minded leader who can work with architects and/or development teams as they design new capabilities to ensure that security requirements are clear and the design implements the necessary controls to improve security posture for the service. As a member of the Security Architecture team, you will be required to have a firm grasp on security technologies, trends in cloud security practices, and ability to communicate complex technical security requirements clearly to the development teams. You should be able to understand how to design test specifications for the services and feature so that the security requirements can be tested with automated tooling.
**Responsibilities**
Key responsibilities:
+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive security improvements, innovation and best practices into the products and services.
+ Conduct threat modeling, security architecture reviews, risk assessment and provide guidance on mitigating the identified issues.
+ Identify opportunities to prevent security problems at scale.

+ Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Computer Engineering or equivalent.
+ Experience in cloud product or set of cloud services, with expertise in IaaS, PaaS.
+ Experience with architecture security reviews for products or services operating in a cloud environment.
+ Expertise in concepts of multi-tenancy, cloud security and virtualization, Access Management, OAuth, Cloud SSO, Identity Provisioning, Identity Governance etc.
+ Expertise in Encryption, Key management, Cybersecurity fundamentals (e.g., access controls, common software vulnerabilities, and security best practices), Deployment Methodologies, and Security Standards Compliance Certification (STIG, FedRAMP, PCI-DSS), etc.
+ Very good understanding of concepts related to Docker, Container, Serverless computing, and Kubernetes.
+ Ability to design large scalable systems for cloud customers with focus on security.
+ Knowledge of network security, VPN/Firewalls and software-defined networking is a plus.
+ Experience operating within and supporting a security assurance and assessment program is a plus.
+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
