Position Summary:
As a Partner Enablement Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the success of Bentley's partner ecosystem across Europe, Africa, and the Middle East. You will help equip our partners with the resources, training, and tools they need to expand their reach, generate leads, and deliver value to their customers. This role is designed for someone early in their career who is eager to learn and grow while building scalable enablement programs that make a real impact.
Responsibilities:
- Support the execution of partner enablement activities, ensuring alignment with Bentley's objectives.
- Understand regional market dynamics and identify opportunities for partners to expand their business.
- Assist in the development of learning content that boosts partner knowledge and engagement, using storytelling, interactive multimedia, and real-world examples.
- Conduct research to understand partner role specific learning needs and help design timely courses.
- Contribute to digital sales enablement by promoting Bentley's eStore offering and supporting partners with adoption.
- Help localize sales content and enable partners to host product and solution webinars in local languages.
- Encourage participation in Bentley webinars and workshops, providing follow-up where needed.
- Act as a point of contact between internal teams and partners, addressing enablement queries and escalating issues where necessary.
- Support reporting on enablement initiatives, including tracking progress, identifying gaps, and highlighting impact.
Qualifications:
- Up to 3 years of experience in partner sales support, channel development, or a related role.
- A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field, or equivalent training and experience.
- Professional proficiency in English and native or near native fluency in at least one regional language.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage with partners and internal stakeholders at different levels.
- Experience creating or adapting learning content in a business context is an advantage.
- Familiarity with digital sales platforms and CRM tools is desirable.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Motivated, collaborative, and eager to learn with a strong interest in partner development.

About the Role:
We are looking for a Partner Sales Enablement Manager to support the execution Sitecore's global partner enablement strategy. This role is responsible for delivering scalable, value-based sales and pre-sales training across Sitecore's partner ecosystem.
Reporting to the VP Partner Success, this high-impact, visible position carries the responsibility of influencing hundreds of partners worldwide—guiding how they position and demonstrate Sitecore's solutions to mid-market and enterprise brands.
The mission is to empower partners to build highly skilled Sitecore practices, starting from opportunity discovery through to selling, positioning, and demonstrating our offerings.
You'll be challenged by some of the most complex enterprise solutions in the region, requiring a broad technical skillset, strong business acumen, and strategic insight. This is a unique opportunity to shape and execute a sales enablement programme from the ground up, with significant influence on partner success and market impact.
What You'll Do:
- Design and implement strategic initiatives and programmes aimed at enhancing partner skills and establishing strong competency frameworks, with a core emphasis on Sitecore's SaaS platform and capabilities.
- Deliver scalable training to partner sales and pre-sales teams, leveraging a value-based selling methodology.
- Facilitate webinars, workshops, bootcamps, and other virtual or in-person events to support go-to-market (GTM) partner education.
