Responsibilities Payroll Co-ordinate, prepare, review, and ensure the accuracy of payrolls for the various companies within the group.

Monitor interfaces between different IT systems and promptly investigate any discrepancies.

Support all payroll-related aspects of the employee lifecycle (new starters, leavers, sickness, maternity leave, etc.).

Calculate employee deductions and benefits, including salary sacrifice, taxable benefits, pensions, etc.

Build and maintain effective working relationships with internal stakeholders.

Provide requested payroll reports in a timely manner.

Work with the Payroll Manager to implement process and system changes, identify process breakdowns, and create action plans for resolution.

Check payroll inputs for accuracy and correct any errors promptly.

Ensure the correct application of tax regulations and timely distribution of accurate payslips to employees.

Administration Accurately input employee details into the relevant system(s), including address changes, bank account details, and tax information.

Process leavers details, issue tax certificates, and calculate any outstanding payments or overpaid benefits.

Download and upload relevant revenue/tax documents to the payroll system prior to payroll completion.

Verify sick pay entries in the payroll system and record enhanced sick pay benefits for TUPE sites as applicable.

Manage wage queries, advance payments, and review employees on emergency tax between pay cycles.

Administer bonus payments prior to finalising payroll, as required.

Process paternity/maternity paperwork.

Generate required letters and update employee records accordingly.

Make authorised deductions (e.g., uniform costs, union dues).

Our Global payroll department is looking for an experienced self-motivated system savvy Sr. Payroll Analyst to join our team. Reporting to the Payroll Manager, the Sr. Analyst will work closely with the Accounting, HR and Benefits teams. The Sr. Payroll Analyst will be responsible for the coordination of all payroll cycles and payroll associated tasks, drive to evaluate and improve processes, and work collaboratively across multiple functions to improve the customer experience.

**Essential Job Functions and Accountabilities**
+ Perform a variety of payroll functions in preparation, distribution, and reporting of payroll. Ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations
+ Ensure the accurate and timely end to end processing of payroll across multiple countries
+ Audit payroll data to ensure accurate processing of wages, garnishments, tax withholdings and deductions
+ Provide prompt, friendly, and efficient customer service to employees who have questions regarding their pay, deductions, or the payroll process
+ Assist with all payroll related audits & SOX compliance by adhering to internal control requirements, maintaining updated documentation for all payroll related processes and providing recommendations as appropriate
+ Process and complete all year-end activities for EMEA countries ensuring compliance with regard to filing reports, remittances and returns with appropriate tax authorities
+ Participate in special projects as assigned, such as documenting workflows, improving processes and procedures, and periodic updates to payroll
+ Participate in system upgrades and perform user testing for all payroll related enhancements
+ Support the Payroll and Equity teams with the processing/recording of equity transactions (RSU vestings, NQSO exercises, etc.) to enable timely reporting and tax deposits
+ Document payroll processes and procedures with the ability to suggest best practices and opportunities
+ Demonstrate expertise in payroll business processes and understand assigned and cross functional areas, develop and provide training and leadership
**Minimum Requirements / Qualifications**
+ Strong knowledge and experience with multi country payroll, payroll tax rules and regulations
+ Current experience and in-depth knowledge of payroll systems and reporting functions, ADP and Success Factors experience a plus
+ Minimum of 5 years of Payroll in multi-national company
+ Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in addition to strong problem solving skills in a growing and dynamic environment
