Principle Purpose
Reporting to the FAI Head of Talent ID, the main purpose of this role is to provide analytical insight to help identify, support and develop high potential players in the international pathway programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Match & training analysis of relevant underage pathway matches & training.

- Significant experience working with in a professional club or international team and a strong understanding of high performance environments
- Experience of using a drone and remote pilot competency course completed
Measures of Success
- Development of a high functioning performance analysis service delivered to all relevant stakeholders across the WNT program.
- Extensive contribution to the Republic of Ireland WNT backroom staff by providing relevant game and training analysis detail to support a multi-discipline service being delivered to the playing group
- Delivery of stated KPI's relevant to each of the roles. KPI's will be agreed with line managers over an ongoing 12 month period.
- Outstanding communication skills with colleagues and players and external stakeholders, (clubs, other)- demonstrating an ability to collaborate with non-technical audiences and communicate insights efficiently in a time-sensitive environment.
- Exceptional attention to detail, timekeeping, attendance, teamwork and focused interdisciplinary mindset.
- Excellent integration across all relevant FAI departments

About the Role:
You will support Rehab in its transition from being overly dependent on Excel processes, paper-based systems and the manual entry of data. You will help review these and other inefficient processes and make them more user friendly (i.e., by improving the look and feel of these processes) and less inefficient (by using Microsoft products like Lists, the Dataverse, Power Automate and PowerApps).
The role involves developing new analytical reports using PowerBI and Salesforce, to ensure that the organisation has the most relevant information easily available, as part of its move towards being a more data driven decision-making organisation. You will be expected to be innovative with the design and roll out of these reports so that they drive positive change across the organisation.

The Role:
The Portfolio team supports the effective management of the delivery of the Infrastructure Delivery Directorate (IDD) investment programme by ensuring governance and control through data management and systems, processes and performance reporting and analysis including the management of planning, land, wayleave, utility and statutory consents. This enables efficient delivery of the investment programme by providing programme visibility, informed risk management, analysis, challenge, and decision making. The team also provides expert support in key areas that enable the effective, efficient, and sustainable delivery of the IDD investment portfolio.
The Portfolio Management team is responsible for portfolio management and planning activities across the Uisce Eireann portfolio that include; governance and control, performance reporting, portfolio and risk analysis, data integrity and portfolio optimisation. The team are responsible for managing portfolio planning activities across the Uisce Eireann portfolio, including risk management to ensure delivery of the Capital Investment Plan (CIP). The team will also be responsible for delivery planning across a diverse and multi-disciplined portfolio and will need to work in a creative and collaborative team environment to support the development & delivery of the CIP.
With roles reporting to the Portfolio Leads in the areas of Contractor Performance, Governance & Risk and Performance Reporting, the Portfolio Analyst –is responsible for supporting, updating, co-ordinating, and assisting on portfolio management and planning activities across the entire Infrastructure Delivery portfolio that may include; contractor and IDD portfolio data analysis, governance and risk and performance reporting.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Supporting the ongoing optimisation of a portfolio delivery plan to ensure delivery of the strategic investment projects within the Infrastructure Delivery portfolio.
- Update the repositories to produce management information on the portfolio to enable proactive and strategic decision making.
- Deliver reporting that support the measurement of the progress of delivery of the portfolio against agreed baseline plans.
- Support the capital portfolio validation of all capital projects with respect to business strategy, investment and capital plans and regulatory commitments linking with key teams across Asset Investments, Finance and Asset Planning.

- Responsible for promoting and delivering health and safety commitments across UÉ and its supply chain, reinforcing positive behaviours and delivering health and safety objectives and requirements to the highest industry standards.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
- Experience in the use of Excel, Power BI, Power Query etc. for assessment of data to assist reporting is desirable.
- Relevant third level qualification and or accreditation is desirable
- A minimum of 3 years' experience in the water, utilities or similar industries is desirable and or relevant experience
- Experience managing a team, with strong people, change management and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to develop and maintain effective partnerships with key stakeholders internally and externally
- Proven track record with dealing with complex issues, proactively and in a timely fashion along with the ability to communicate information to others
- Highly motivated individual, working to the highest professional standards and with proven ability to deliver results with in a team.

Role Mission: Provide operational support for global pharmacovigilance activities related to Grifols' investigational and marketed products. Ensure high-quality pharmacovigilance deliverables that comply with global regulatory reporting timelines. Manage project implementation and execution of safety systems, including ongoing business support and continuous improvement initiatives. Act as a key liaison with IT system administrators to validate and test system changes, ensuring compliance and alignment with business needs.
**What your responsibilities will be**
+ Lead and coordinate safety data analysis for aggregate reports preparation, signal management and ad hoc requests.
+ Support drug safety systems through business administration tasks, including database configuration updates, submission rules management and testing with regulatory authorities.
+ Serve as a subject matter expert in delivering and evaluating cost-effective, sustainable solutions that meet business requirements.
+ Manage documentation related to PV systems and applications, including SOPs, WPs, user requirements, functional/ technical specifications and process flow diagrams.
+ Drive change management initiatives to ensure smooth adoption of new processes and support the integration of new applications within the PV team.
+ Collect, prioritize and plan system improvements based on user feedback, while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
+ Act as the primary PV contact for IT-related PV projects.
+ Drive Innovation through AI in Pharmacovigilance: Stay at the forefront of artificial intelligence advancements to identify and evaluate innovative technologies and processes that can enhance pharmacovigilance operations. This includes proactively assessing AI-driven tools and methodologies to improve signal detection, case processing, data analysis and regulatory compliance. Collaborate cross-functionally to pilot and implement solutions that increase efficiency, accuracy, and strategic value in safety monitoring.
**Who you are**

+ You have a bachelor's degree in Health Sciences (pharmacy, nursing, medicine, veterinary, etc) or Bioscience (biochemistry, biotechnology, biology, etc). Additional training and/or experience in bioinformatics/biostatistics or data analysis tools (such as R or Power BI).
+ You have at least 4 years of pharmacovigilance experience including management of pharmacovigilance data bases.
+ You have proven knowledge of Good Pharmacovigilance Practices; existing legislation, regulations, guidelines, medical coding and safety-data administration.
+ You are proficient in Windows and MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Word).
+ Familiarity with reporting tools such as Business Objects is strongly preferred.
+ You have knowledge of E2b (R2) and E2b (R3) and to be familiarity with medical terminology, MedDRA, WhoDrug are a plus.
+ You speak fluent Spanish and English.
+ You are proven self-starter with strong work ethic and the ability to exercise good judgment.
+ You must be proactive, results oriented and have strong attention to detail.
+ Strong organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make structured decisions on a routine basis.
+ Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact and collaborate with personnel at all levels in a team environment.

About Your Team
The Performance Analytics group provides performance information and portfolio analysis for Fidelity International Limited (FIL) worldwide. The teams operates globally with Team members in Dublin, Dalian, India, London and Tokyo.
About Your Role
The institutional Performance team carry out performance measurement and portfolio analysis across Fidelity's global based Institutional funds. The data provided will include fund and benchmark returns, performance attribution and ex-post risk analysis. These are provided primarily on a monthly and quarterly basis. The key clients of the team are the global Sales Directors and client portfolio managers who interact directly with the individual institutions
About You
The Team looks after all performance and analysis reporting for these clients. The team provides data for use in external publications, report and accounts, as well as producing a wide variety of analysis and internal management reports.
Your key accountabilities
- Calculation and validation of performance and benchmark returns using both internal and external systems, including:
- Calculation of ex-post risk measure and statistics (Drawdown, TE, IR, Alpha, Beta, etc).
- Responsible for the accuracy of performance related statistics and reference data on the systems mentioned above. This data includes benchmark statistics, total expense ratios, hedging policy, currency of management and reporting
- Involvement in complex performance and risk projects and system testing as required.
- Taking ownership for a specific group of funds directly related to a client base.
