Educogym is a Personal Training Group who have been at the forefront of helping clients with their health and fitness goals for 18 years now. We have 11 gyms nationwide and now we are recruiting for our sales team at our Castleknock gym.

Are you an outgoing bright and cheerful person who is a great communicator, great at selling and is very interested in Health and Fitness? If so, we have the perfect position for you.

  • Experience in a busy sales environment (especially in the health, fitness and beauty sectors) will be a distinct advantage.
  • Customer Service is a key element of this role. Customer experience is one of the most important things for us and we need you on our team if you can help to deliver an amazing experience for our customers.
  • The role involves advising customers on the best options for their gym membership, and personal training requirements to match the client's declared goals.
  • The role involves selling Memberships to new and existing clients.
  • The role involves Supplement Sales and advice. (Training will be supplied)
  • The role is fully based in the gym and will be predominantly based on reception in the gym
  • You will be dealing with inbound enquiries (via phone, walk in and Social Media)
  • You will be responsible for the collection and maintaining of data of all enquiries.
  • So experience in spreadsheets is vital and also dealing with Social Media adverts etc will be an asset .
  • Experience of dealing with a Sales Funnel structure would be an advantage
  • You will be expected to work closely with your manager and Personal Trainers to monitor client appointments, the Mind Body booking system and client's renewal dates etc
  • Full training is provided.
  • You will be encouraged to complete regular training sessions in the gym with our trainers to ensure familiarity with our programs and nutrition plans
  • Experience with advertising on Social Media will be an advantage but not essential
  • Please note that as the position involves talking to clients either in person or on the phone, a very high command of English is an absolute must.
  • There is a high degree of coordination of client appointments and trainer availability. Effectively managing Educogym's MindBody dashboard A familiarity with this type of software for booking, confirming and retail sales would be an advantage
