**About the role**
As a Consumer Insights & Planning Manager in Diageo Ireland, you will help influence, illuminate and provoke the business with ideas and insights that sell more, by making the right strategic and commercially savvy, evidence-based decisions. You will also help to spearhead and shape the world's best brand building, nurturing creative development and efficiency, ensuring all our communications are working as hard as they can. You will apply your expertise and experience in developing, evaluating and monitoring marketing strategy and activities, including advertising, sponsorship, experiences, innovation and in-trade activation. Within a wider marketing and business team, you will have a high degree of autonomy to help craft the destiny of a selection of brands from our outstanding portfolio.

The role reports to the Head of Planning, Insights & Media (Ireland).
In this role, you 'll bring sharp insight and forward thinking to the development of marketing and innovation activity, based on consumer, shopper, category and cultural understanding, including:
+ Proactively define and communicate opportunities for growth across the Diageo portfolio andthe key brands in remit, to influence the annual business planning process and prioritisation. Work with brand and cross functional teams to help enable the creation and execution of outstanding brand business plans, growth drivers and creative briefs that put the consumer at the heart.
+ Ignite deep and differentiated insight with strong external curiosity, in combination with marketing effectiveness (M&E) to ensure we apply findings to fuel brand growth across campaigns (ATL and BTL) and innovation
+ Ensures brand strategies are translated to clear opportunities to win at the point of purchase, both in the bar, retail trade and online, based on sound shopper insight
+ Build a balanced and vibrant consumer and shopper culture, by continually bringing to life the consumer/shopper and their motivations, the on and off trade environment and the cultural context (outside-in thinking)
+ Provide strategic leadership, insight/key learning throughout the annual planning process. This ranges from measuring and evaluating previous years' activities, to providing insight and inspiration, to facilitating workshops, to leading the category/brand/ customer marketing team with an objective opinion on the key issues to be addressed and the way forward
+ Own all stages of primary and secondary research, from methodology selection to vendor management to maintaininghigh standards of reporting to ensure learning is presented in a practical, inspiring way. Make judgment on which information to use and the level of confidence people should have in using it. Importantly, ensure all research is aligned with our Responsible Research Policy
**About you**
+ Knowledge or experience of the alcohol/FMCG world is advantageous, but not mandatory
+ Previous Experience in wither agency or inhouse FMCG in research/planning/marketing roles, with a significant focus on strategic thinking and brand, consumer and shopper planning
+ Unbridled curiosity for understanding consumers, shoppers and culture, and ability to craft powerful and actionable insightsand apply this knowledge to opportunities for commercial growth
+ A persuasive communicator and skilled storyteller - ability to influence across senior levelsand proven track record of landing insight with impact in asimple and compelling narrative.
+ Excellent story teller and bringing people along the journey
+ An individual who has the ability to influence across senior levels in the business.
+ Good mix of numeric/data based skills, with passion for creativity and innovation

Amazon Web Services (AWS) is seeking a Permitting Strategy Manager to join its Data Centre design team in Dublin, Ireland.
Key job responsibilities
- Identify all planning permissions and permits associated with the design, construction, and operation of datacenters in existing and new jurisdictions and prepare permitting strategy for new sites.
- Coordinate between internal and external project development teams to develop a permitting plan and manage the execution of that plan, ensuring all partner teams are performing required actions at the appropriate time.
- Engage and partner with Authorities having Jurisdictions (AHJs) to identify opportunities to expedite permitting timelines.
- Be responsible for introducing new projects to the local jurisdiction and participating in any local meetings and hearings relating to these projects
- Identify, assess, and mitigate risks to the permitting process or permitting timelines
- Supporting the Design Manager, engage and manage the work of permitting consultants and specialists.
- Manage active condition discharge and communicate active & passive permit conditions to operations at handover.
- Complete after-action reviews and identify opportunities for process improvement.

As a Town Planner / Permit Manager you will be part of a global engineering leadership team, comprised of highly effective Architects, Structural, Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, and Control Engineers delivering capacity projects across the Europe, Middle East & Africa geography.

Basic Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Architecture or Town Planning;
- 7+ years project or program management experience;
- Technical knowledge and 7+ years experience of the legal and regulatory requirements for projects at all stages of the permitting process;
- Experience of working on and master planning major site development mission critical industrial or data centre projects.
Preferred Qualifications

**POSITION SUMMARY:**
Reporting directly to the Global Supply Planning Manager, The Global Supply Planning Manager will be responsible for ensuring an optimal supply plan, on-time availability of products to support Sales while meeting Operational targets. The position ensures effective planning, compliance to company policies, and applicable regulatory requirements (ie. cGMP, GAAP).
Other key responsibilities include analysing data and making recommendations to manage gaps, opportunities, process improvement and supporting budgeting activities. This position will primarily be based in Grifols Worldwide Operations, Dublin, Ireland with travel expected in line with business needs to other Grifols locations.
**What you will be doing**
+ Focuses on strategic planning and execution best supply plan for the business, taking into consideration commercial and industrial feedback.
+ Makes or recommends appropriate decisions consistent with strategic direction.
+ Organization of key activities and support Global Supply Planning Director in key activities and process as required.
+ Responsible to act as a member of all cross-functional project teams providing guidance, insight, and recommendations relative to the goals and objectives of the function.
+ Serves as the main point of contact for cross-functional integration and consults on enhancements or future integrations.
+ Acts as an escalation point for non-routine issues/decisions.
+ Directs the development of strategic programs/initiatives and evaluates performance against metrics.

+ Work closely with factory leads to develop, prioritize and manage monthly supply plan key issues or topics. Lead projects supply and consolidated protein level information.Work closely with Global Demand and Industrial leads to ensure alignment between Supply and Demand.
+ Provide timely and accurate Supply scenario analyses and inventory reports to management as required.
+ Participate and lead from global supply planning area on implementation of a singular Grifols global integrated business planning process to deliver seamless supply chain management solutions to the organization in terms of cost, time and service.
+ Develop and report on KPIs including material and product aging, at risk batches, batch release cycle time; identify and rectify issues, and/or recommend solutions for improvement.
+ Maintain a quality presence to ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements
**What we are looking for**
+ An in depth understanding of the fundamentals of planning and inventory control. Lean, Six Sigma, exposure to theory of constraints preferred.
+ Demonstrated strong technical skills in ERP navigation and reports. Specific experience with SAP is preferred.
+ Demonstrated project management skills.
+ Working knowledge and understanding of cGMPs, FDA regulations, and industry guidelines.
+ Self-starter with strong work ethic, common sense, and ability to work effectively with multiple and changing priorities.
+ Demonstrated strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills with the ability to make structured decisions on a routine basis.
+ Must be proactive, results oriented, and have strong attention to detail.
+ Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with personnel at all levels in a team environment.
+ Computer literacy with MS Office with advanced proficiency in Excel required.
+ Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business, Science, or closely related discipline is required. CPIM certification is preferred. Master's degree in the same fields or closely related discipline is preferred.
+ Minimum of 4 years of Supply planning, forecasting, or related experience in supply chain methodologies is required, preferably in a pharmaceutical, GMP, or FDA / EU regulated environment.
