My client are currently on the lookout for a AML/KYC Policy Analyst to join their team to assist with the development and maintenance of KYC/AML policies and procedures.

This is a daily rate contract until September '26

Hybrid – 3 days per week onsite in Dublin City Centre

You will work closely with compliance, legal, and operations teams to help ensure our policies remain aligned with regulatory requirements and industry best practices, while also supporting wider transformation projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in drafting, updating, and maintaining AML/KYC policies and procedures.
• Conduct research on new or updated AML/KYC regulations and provide summaries for senior policy managers.
• Help ensure policy documents are clear, consistent, and aligned with regulatory standards.
• Support cross-functional teams by providing guidance on how to interpret and apply KYC policies in daily operations.
• Participate in projects to simplify and improve policy frameworks and reduce process duplication.
• Help coordinate responses to regulatory reviews, internal audits, or assurance testing relating to AML/KYC policies.
• Prepare reports and presentation materials to communicate policy updates and regulatory developments.
• Provide administrative and research support to senior compliance and policy managers.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years' experience in compliance, AML/KYC, or financial crime (policy or advisory experience desirable but not essential).
• Strong interest in
  AML/KYC policy development
  and regulatory frameworks.
• Good research and writing skills, with ability to summarise complex information clearly.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CAMS, ICA) are an advantage but not required.
• Bachelor's degree in law, finance, business, or related field

ServiceNow is seeking a Director of Global Government Affairs and Public Policy – Europe, a newly created senior-level position responsible for leading our government affairs strategy and engagement across key European markets, with an emphasis on France, Switzerland, Netherlands, and Germany, and targeted engagement with EU institutions in Brussels. This individual will be our lead strategic voice with national and regional government stakeholders, regulators, and industry associations across Europe. This individual will be responsible for leading government affairs efforts in European markets and regulated industries (e.g., financial services, energy, healthcare) focusing on public sector and regulated market customers.

What You Get to Do in This Role

• Lead ServiceNow's government affairs and public policy engagement with a focus on France, Germany, Switzerland, Netherlands, Brussels, and additional European countries as needed.

• Lead or support strategic policy campaigns, thought leadership, white papers, and executive briefings.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role you have:

• Minimum 10-15 years of senior-level experience in government affairs, public policy, or regulatory roles within the tech sector, consulting, trade associations, or government institutions within Europe.
• Proven experience working in or with French, Swiss, Dutch, Irish, German, and EU institutions, including demonstrated ability to influence complex multi-stakeholder environments.
• Track record of engaging with C-suite executives and cabinet-level officials on public policy matters.
• Advanced degree in law, political science, international affairs, economics, or a related field preferred.
• Deep expertise in EU and country policy frameworks, emerging technology regulation, and transatlantic regulatory developments.
• Fluent in English; fluency in French and/or German highly desirable.
• Excellent strategic judgment, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Strong analytical and writing skills, including extensive experience drafting government submissions, talking points, policy briefs, and public statements.
• Ability to travel within Europe and occasionally to the United States.
• Existing relationships with government officials and policymakers at the highest levels.
• Extensive experience developing policy white papers and thought leadership for the public sector and/or regulated industries (e.g., financial services, energy, utilities, transportation, and healthcare).
