Job Description

The Strategic Planning and Governance Lead will join the Strategic Planning and Governance Team, which forms part of the wider Citibank Europe Plc (CEP) Chief Operating Office. The CEP Chief Operating Office drives cross-enterprise initiatives and consistency, governance and end-to-end process alignment. This is a high-profile role with significant exposure to senior leadership. This opportunity will provide unique insights into Citi during a time of growth in Europe. This role will report directly to the Strategy and Governance Head within the CEP Chief Operating Office.
**Responsibilities:**
+ Responsible for the end-to-end buildout, delivery and management of the CEP Strategic Plan across multiple business lines, CEP's Branches, functional areas and its principal subsidiary.
+ The development of the CEP Strategic and Operating Plan is a regulatory requirement and the candidate will be responsible for managing interdependencies, ensuring consistency and delivering a coherent and cohesive Strategy, including development of ongoing monitoring of same.
+ The candidate will be expected to work across all of CEP's business and functional lines and assess the wider strategic book of work activities including our CEP digitalisation strategy.
+ Management of the end-to-end governance of execution and delivery of the plan including implementation of robust procedures and effective risk and control management.
+ Work as part of the wider Strategic Planning and Governance team and assess appropriate governance pathways and ongoing governance activities across the entity.
+ Ability to synthesize a wide set of information into executive ready views for senior executives including Executive Management meetings, Board of Director updates, Strategy documents.
+ Provide key management updates and analysis for a board range of book of work activities.
+ Follow emerging industry trends and potential disrupters to segments and strategic risk.
+ Deliver specific ad-hoc analysis and tactical support in preparation for business and management meetings.
+ Demonstrate a significant grasp of the organization, the business, and the markets to deliver crisp and succinct executive-level responses.
+ Grasp key priorities and complex issues quickly for the larger organization and create clear written presentations/communications.
+ Excellent communication skills required in order to negotiate internally, often at a senior level.
+ Analyse data gathered and develop solutions or alternative methods of proceeding.
+ Performs other duties and functions as assigned.

IT Asset Management Integration Specialist- €500-550 Per Day 6 Month Contract - Remote/hybrid Dublin 1 6 Month Initial Contract About the role Role Overview We are seeking a technically savvy and hands-on IT Asset Management Integration Specialist to lead the technical design and implementation of integration solutions between SolarWinds and ServiceNow. This role will be responsible for architecting and executing end-to-end asset management workflows, including data polling, mapping, and CMDB population. The ideal candidate will be deeply involved in technical design, flow creation, and system integration, ensuring seamless and scalable asset lifecycle management. Key Responsibilities: Design and document integration flows, technical diagrams, and data models for SolarWinds ServiceNow asset management. Define field-level mapping and transformation logic for CMDB population. Create and maintain technical documentation, including integration blueprints and configuration guides. Develop and configure integration components using ServiceNow IntegrationHub, MID servers, and SolarWinds APIs. Build and test polling mechanisms to extract asset data from SolarWinds and ingest into ServiceNow CMDB. Implement dashboards, alerts, and reports to provide Real Time visibility into asset inventory and lifecycle. Deploy and maintain IT asset tracking processes from procurement through disposal. Ensure compliance with software licensing and inventory policies. Work closely with infrastructure, security, and application teams to align integration efforts. Integrate CMDB processes with change management to ensure accurate tracking of configuration items. Participate in governance and review boards to validate integration strategies and changes. Qualifications: Bachelor s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in IT Operations Management with a focus on IT Asset Management and integrations. Proven hands-on experience with ServiceNow CMDB, SolarWinds, and integration tools (eg, IntegrationHub, REST APIs). Strong understanding of ITOM principles and CMDB architecture. Experience with Scripting (JavaScript, PowerShell), data transformation, and workflow automation. Key Competencies: Technical Stack Knowledge - proficiency in ServiceNow, SolarWinds, CMDB, IntegrationHub, REST APIs, JavaScript, PowerShell, and MID servers. Integration Tooling -experience with data transformation tools, workflow automation platforms, and API-based integrations. Technical Expertise -deep understanding of asset management tools, integration protocols, and CMDB structures. The function of the role is to provide services for the operation & maintenance of Dublin Airports Baggage Handling Systems and baggage control room. Our asset base includes, but is not limited to, 14km of conveyor, Automated sortation units, PLCs, SCADA systems, HMI Systems, EDS X-ray machines in Irelands busiest airport. The role is shift based (24/7),12-hour shifts across a 4-week cycle. You will be working in a team of multi-skilled technicians and operatives in a fully cross skilled environment. The successful candidate will be supported to develop all the requisite skillsets to flourish as a highly skilled technician. Reporting to the relevant Asset Management Team Lead, at the core of this role is the provision of effective planned, reactive and emergency maintenance on various BHS assets, ensuring safe and efficient airport operations. ?Monitor and control the BHS via SCADA and other relevant control systems and software from within the Control Room. Investigate root cause of jams and stoppages and utilise systems to monitor inbound/outbound baggage operations across the terminals. Working in a multi-skilled environment support, operate and maintain all DAP assets as required. Ownership for the performance and uptime of the engineering systems & equipment assigned to the individual & team by delivering a comprehensive planned maintenance regime. Reactive maintenance and repairs on all assets within the Asset Management remit as directed by the Team Lead. Maintain a clean & healthy work environment in all asset areas (cleaning, vacuuming, removal of waste, used lamps, filters etc.). Produce and maintain comprehensive, timely, records and documentation to support asset performance metrics and ensure equipment/system availability targets are achieved. Demonstrate clear, concise and prompt communication skills on system issues both within Asset Management and when liaising with other internal/external stakeholders Utilisation of systems and technologies to enhance performance and record keeping. Use of CMMS for the generation and recording of all planned, reactive, and arising corrective works to include recording of timecards, escalations and full completion of appropriate workflows, to improve the performance of the systems reliability and internal processes. Safely & competently operate engineering related equipment as required. Promote, report on and participate in a positive H&S culture, across initiatives, audits, incident reporting and safety checks and actively challenge those who would negatively impact on H&S and quality standards. Provide support and participate in all continuous improvement projects and trials on behalf of asset management. Support Asset Management teams as required to familiarise, develop and upskill team competencies. Attend toolbox talks and safe work procedure briefings. Participate in completion, development & review of standards, documentation, reporting and work methods across Asset Management. Support continued compliance with Dublin Airport Asset Management Standards, e.g. ISO etc. Flexibility with regard to working hours, shift patterns, out of hours call in and remote technical support. ?Hold a recognized Electrician trade qualification (National Craft Certificate / Standards Based Apprenticeship). Possess a good understanding of electrical or mechanical systems design, operations, fault finding and maintenance. Experience in highly regulated or safety-critical environments is advantageous. Proficient in IT skills for maintenance recording systems and Microsoft Office applications. Proficient in the use of a computerised maintenance system. Ideally experienced in, PLC and LV control systems, and SCADA systems. Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
