**The Role:**
Logitech is accelerating its transition away from fossil fuels through a comprehensive strategy aligned with science‑based carbon targets. Our global Sustainability Team is now seeking a seasoned Senior Program Manager - to lead Renewable Energy (RE) initiatives across our value chain-supply chain, manufacturing, offices, and distribution. Reporting to the Sustainability Leadership team, you will design and deliver practical renewable energy solutions-from strategy and procurement to implementation and reporting-while fostering cross‑functional partnerships and supply chain engagement to help us meet aggressive SBTi‑validated Scope 3 emission reductions.

+ Lead and enhance Logitech's global renewable electricity program (RE100), achieving 100% RE in operations by 2030, and full value‑chain renewable energy (RE) integration.
+ Manage and deliver a portfolio of RE projects-from scoping and vendor evaluation to execution, financing (EACs, PPAs, onsite systems), and reporting on realized emission reductions.
+ Build scalable governance: project plans, data pipelines, dashboards, scorecards, and documentation for consumption by internal teams and external stakeholders (e.g. CDP, SBTi).
+ Engage, educate, influence and inform internal teams and supply chain partners - especially in Southeast Asia - to catalyse reporting of performance, EAC procurement, development of onsite renewables and PPAs.
+ Collaborate with LCA experts to integrate RE data into product and corporate footprint models.
+ Track evolving standards (SBTi, CDP, GHG Protocol) to ensure compliance and identify new opportunities.
+ Develop and grow Logitech's Supplier Renewable Energy Portal-educate, incentivize, and digitally track supplier commitments and RE adoption beyond Tier 1.
**Key Qualifications:**
For consideration, you must bring the following minimum skills and experiences to our team:
+ Masters degree in engineering, science, sustainability, or equivalent experience.
+ 7+ years in renewable energy, sustainability, or program management roles with proven success across supply chain and operations.
+ Deep domain knowledge: CDP, GHG Protocol, RE100, SBTi, EACs, PPAs, and renewable energy deployment.
+ Experience in a fast moving consumer goods brand or global supply‑chain environment
+ Demonstrated success delivering RE projects in low‑structure environments-adept at simplifying complexity, pragmatic
+ Strong program/project management skills: scope, budgets, vendor negotiation, and execution tracking.
+ Proficiency in Excel/data analysis-statistical methods, dashboards, and ensuring data quality.
+ Strategic thinker with tactical instincts-translating diverse data into decisions and action.
+ Excellent communicator and influencer: able to build alignment and develop mechanisms to credibly engage and support diverse suppliers from across the world
+ Comfortable working independently-high autonomy, self‑starter.

**Job Description**
Tynagh PowerStation is a key player in the production of electricity for the National Grid. Working within the operations department a plant operator is a team player with the ability to analyse issues, make decisions, develop self and others, maintain plant availability and operate within environmental and regulatory limits whilst meeting national grid requirements.
**Operator Duties include**
+ Operate and monitor the powerplant via the Distributed Control System HMI, Continuous Emissions Monitoring system, and all other control room and station control systems to maintain the safe and efficient operation of the plant and process.
+ Ensure compliance with all site Quality Procedures, Work Instructions and EHS Policy and Procedures
+ Understand and respond to variances in normal station operating parameters and take necessary corrective actions to maintain safe operation of the station from the control room or in the field.
+ Monitor plant and process to ensure that operation is in accordance with all relevant Operating Procedures
+ Perform operations monitoring rounds in the field and support the maintenance of the equipment with routine interventions.
+ Monitor and follow all generating profiles as dispatched via the National grid control centre (NCC).
+ Report items beyond the scope and capabilities of shift personnel to Shift Supervisor
+ Maintain and update all routines, schedules, and reports with relevant plant operating data, generate ad hoc reports at managers/customer's request.
+ Report unsafe conditions, events, and hazards to the Shift Supervisor
+ Carry out/assist in routine testing of plant and equipment.
+ Report any equipment issues and record required information into the computerized maintenance management system to direct repairs.
+ Involvement in initial maintenance/troubleshooting
+ Follow Operating Procedures and work instructions when carrying out any activity and report any deficiencies when identified.
+ Attending and contributing to scheduled meetings
+ Participation in business improvement projects as required
+ Contribute to site EHS frameworks teams and complete all EHS training.
+ Update procedures and participate in audits as required by the quality system
+ Assisting in the development and implementation of procedures and systems for plant operating, testing and related activities.
+ Participate in all provided training, some travel/flexibility will be required.
**Knowledge, Skills and Experience: What You'll Need**
**Essential:**
+ Ability to analyse process and control information appropriately respond to plant operational conditions
+ Excellent IT skills
+ Fluent in English (both verbal and written)
+ Able to learn and work independently
+ Willingness to work in a shift pattern including nights, weekends, and holidays.
+ Proven power generation or continuous process experience.
**Desirable**
+ A good working knowledge of safety and environmental regulations
+ Awareness of "Safe system of work"
+ Excellent interpersonal skills able to communicate in a friendly, open, and constructive manner
+ Own transport and full driver's license
+ Highly organized, responsive and pro-active
+ Proficient in using Microsoft office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.
+ Previous experience in confined space entry/confined space rescue
+ Able to work as part of a confined space rescue team during plant outages.
+ Able to work at heights
