HireForce is delighted to be working with a medium sized Legal Practice based in North Dublin. This is a well established firm that offers a wide range of services to a large portfolio of clients. The position involves responsibility for the day-to-day financial management of the practice, ensuring compliance with Law Society accounting regulations and supporting the partners with accurate and timely reporting. This position can be full time or part time depending on the preference for the successful candidate. Key Responsibilities: Manage invoicing, client monies, receipts, and payments, ensuring accuracy and compliance. Record daily financial transactions. Monitor cash flow and track invoice payments. Prepare monthly bank reconciliations and bi-monthly management accounts. Liaise with external auditors during year-end reviews. Payroll management. Handle Revenue Online submissions including e-stamping, VAT returns, and payroll returns. Oversee daily banking activities. Candidate Requirements: Strong knowledge of Law Society accounting regulations and experience with legal accounts packages. Proven ability to maintain Client Bank Accounts in full compliance with statutory requirements, including Client Deposit Accounts. Effective communication skills with the ability to collaborate across staff and management levels. Strong IT skills, ideally with experience in case management systems. A proactive, team-oriented approach with a focus on business development and improving firm efficiencies. Remuneration: Salary between €50,000 - €5,000 DOE, pension, health insurance and a hybrid working model.
