Job Responsibilities:

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

  • A proactive attitude demonstrating the ability to multi-task and work to tight reporting deadlines. Organisation and planning skills are key to the role.
  • Dedicated to doing the right thing showing ownership and accountability.
  • Demonstrates a willingness to own the full end to end servicing of a fund or client relationship.
  • Data literate, understanding the importance of the data chain in private market structures and skilled in governing its upkeep.
  • An advocate of a global operating model with a drive to develop self and the global team, to improve processes and client outcomes.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • A qualified/part-qualified accountant or with proven experience in accounting with exposure to US/Lux/UK GAAP and IFRS.

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

  • Prior experience in Private Equity fund administration or alternatives funds industry.
  • FIS Investran or Arcesium knowledge a distinct advantage.

You Will:

  • Act as a client's main point of contact throughout the onboarding process, ensuring productive rapport is established.
  • Project manage the onboarding of new client/fund launches and conversions.
  • Coordinate hand off from Sales Team to Client Integration Team.

About the Team & Business Line:

Fund Administration is Citco's core business, and our alternative asset and accounting service is one of the industry's most respected. Our continuous investment in learning and technology solutions means our people are equipped to deliver a seamless client experience.

Responsibilities for Internal Candidates

Your Role:

  • Perform the administration of and any services pursuant to administration agreements in respect of private equity funds.
  • Maintain shareholders registers and acting as transfer agent.
  • Communicate with investors.
  • Process payments and other transactions.
  • Perform all of the investor related services of the Company's investment fund clients.
  • Meet expectations of fund participants, adhering to deadlines, ensuring the rules and representations of the fund are adhered to.
  • Complete the daily maintenance of all data and records for the Investor Relations Group which entails, managing the filing system by ensuring transaction and investor records are filed and maintained efficiently and comprehensively.
  • Update Investor records on our transfer agency systems, and periodically performing database updates and management.
  • Assist auditors and other fund participants and advisers.

Qualifications for Internal Candidates

About You:

  • Bachelor Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business related area.
  • 3-5 years of experience in an investor relations environment, preferably private equity and/or hedge funds.
  • Display an active interest in the financial markets, hedge fund and private equity industry.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Applications (Word, Excel etc).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build effective working relationships.
