**Job Overview:**
KDP Ireland is seeking an ambitious Manager to join its Global Procurement team and lead the strategic sourcing activities for selected packaging materials. The Manager will lead all aspects of supplier lifecycle management to cultivate value for the business in the form of cost reduction, risk mitigation, sustainability solutions, growth & innovation, enhanced quality, and improved service delivery. Additionally, the Manager will collaborate with team members, cross-functional partners and external suppliers to build robust category strategies that deliver business unit objectives.
**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**
+ Be Procurement's subject matter expert for selected direct material components
+ Leverage KDP Procurement's strategic category management framework to generate internal and external insights
+ Collaborate with key business partners to develop category strategies that meet the needs of the business units pertaining to Safety, Quality, Service, Sustainability, Cost, Innovation
+ Execute sourcing projects utilizing Ariba (e.g., RFQ/RFP/RFI, on-line Auction, Collaborative sourcing, multi-event negotiations, etc.)
+ Lead all aspects of supplier lifecycle management, including identification, selection, onboarding, contract management, performance management, risk management, and offboarding
+ Develop annual operating plans and quarterly forecasts with support from Finance  
+ Develop and foster long-term relationships with strategic suppliers
+ Establish & maintain a master contract management system for all spends within scope
+ Ensure compliance to adhere to external regulations and ensure governance to adhere to internal company policies
**Requirements:**
+ Bachelor's Degree or equivalent from an accredited university; Field of study in Supply Chain, Finance, Engineering or related area preferred
+ Minimum four years strategic Procurement experience in a complex Supply Chain organization; CPG experience preferred
+ Passion to identify opportunities and drive positive change with continuous improvement mindset
+ Consistently builds and maintains relationships
+ Demonstrates strong financial analytical skills
+ Adept at leading projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams and influencing others to drive results

Qualifications

We have an exciting opportunity for a Graduate to join our Supply Chain Team.
This well-structured programme will offer the successful graduate an opportunity to build on their recent qualifications and gain excellent, relevant on the job experience to assist their career progression.
This is a 22-month contract where you will learn and spend time experiencing aspects of our Supply Chain function including our Customer Service, Planning & Logistics teams. Working with a world-renowned brand, you can avail of our many wonderful initiatives, participate in our further education opportunities via our education assistance program, get involved in volunteer projects and so much more!
On completion of the program, successful candidates will be ready for a Supply Chain position. These positions will be commencing in January 2026.
**What you will do for us**
+ Support the team on a wide range of process Initiatives activities in line with our Supply Chain strategy.
+ Engagement with our key stakeholders to ensure timely follow up on all communications and requests.
+ Support our digital transformation journey & apply operational excellence tools and techniques to continuously improve our processes and eliminate waste.
+ Perform adequate checks on our processes and standards to drive improvements in our cost structure and flexibilities in supplies.
+ Support the metrics, monitor daily, weekly, and monthly performance to plan by gathering information from plant and inventory systems.
+ Maintaining our procedures & guidelines- ensure our Standard Operating Procedures (SOP's) are up to date and in compliance with our company standards.
+ Support the team with other ad hoc duties as required.
**Education Requirements, Skills & Work experience**
+ Recent bachelor's degree or master's graduate (2024/2025) in Business specializing in either business administration, finance, or data analytics preferable.
+ Business proficiency in English an additional European language is an advantage.
+ Work experience (Internship) within a Supply Chain environment would be an advantage.
+ Excellent aptitude for data and technology with strong attention to detail and adherence to procedures.
+ Curious, motivated with the ability to work on own initiative.
+ Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and work according to tight deadlines.
+ Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively & concisely.
+ Be flexible and a great team player.

My client, an iconic Irish Public Service Organisation, is in need of a Supply Chain Project Consultant to join their Organisation based in Dublin City Centre This role is for a Supply Chain Project Expert who will drive change in the organisation, implementing new processes, optimise operations across the business and help to put into action sustainable processes in their growing and evolving company. This is a permanent role with my client with an excellent remuneration and benefits package for the right candidate and opportunities for further training and career development. The duties for the Supply Chain Project Consultant include but are not limited to: Design and implement a best-in-class Supply Chain and Stock Management process that supports both current operations and future growth. Establish governance structures and ensure clear ownership across workflows and product management. Lead change and continuous improvement initiatives that deliver operational and financial efficiency. Redesign and map complex workflows; produce clear, actionable process guides for teams. Monitor adherence to processes, resolve escalations, and implement corrective actions. Analyse performance using KPIs, identify improvement opportunities, and collaborate cross-functionally to drive success. Partner with internal stakeholders across the organisation to achieve shared goals and foster a culture of performance and accountability. The desired Supply Chain Project Consultant will fulfil the below requirements: Proven experience in designing and implementing complex supply chain or stock management processes, ideally in a multi-site environment. Strong project management experience and a track record of leading change. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder engagement skills. Ability to challenge the status quo and propose innovative, effective solutions. High attention to detail and sound judgment in decision-making. A collaborative, solution-oriented mindset and the ability to influence at all levels.
