Role Description

This isn't your typical procurement role. We're looking for a strategic operator and change agent — someone who can zoom out to reimagine the end-to-end process, then dive deep to make it real. You'll work closely with Finance, Legal, Risk & Compliance and IT to drive innovation, eliminate friction, and ensure Procurement is an accelerator for growth.
Responsibilities
- Lead Dropbox's Global Indirect Procurement Team, building a best-in-class employee purchasing experience that balances speed, simplicity & compliance.
- Redefine how teams engage with Procurement — simplifying policy, automating workflows, and reducing cycle times through technology, AI, and smart design.
- Partner with Finance, Legal, and business stakeholders to develop scalable, efficient, and compliant procurement processes that enable speed and transparency.
- Lead a global team of procurement professionals, empowering them to deliver operational excellence while fostering innovation and cross-functional collaboration.
- Own and evolve Procurement's technology stack, ensuring systems, automation, and data insights continually improve the end-to-end process.
- Own core operational metrics, driving continuous improvement and accountability across the Procurement lifecycle.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in Procurement, Strategic Sourcing, or Finance Operations, with a focus on Indirect Procurement (e.g., SaaS, Services, Marketing, T&E, or G&A spend).
- Proven track record leading global procurement operations — designing and scaling best-in-class processes, systems, and controls.
- Deep knowledge of Procure-to-Pay (P2P) lifecycle, including requisitioning, approvals, purchase orders, supplier onboarding, and invoice workflows.
- Strong understanding of ERP and procurement systems and experience leveraging automation and AI tools to drive efficiency and insight.
- Exceptional cross-functional leadership and stakeholder management skills — able to influence at all levels, build alignment, and drive adoption of new processes across Finance, Legal, and business teams.
- Highly analytical with a data-driven mindset; comfortable defining and managing KPIs, dashboards, and process performance metrics.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and change management skills — you can simplify complexity, build trust, and inspire teams through transformation.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, Administration, or Finance
- Experience in a public company environment with exposure to SOX compliance

Compensation
Ireland Pay Range
€108.000—€ EUR
The range listed above is the expected annual salary/OTE (On-Target Earnings) for this role, subject to change.
Please note, OTE are for sales roles only.
Salary/OTE is just one component of Dropbox's total rewards package. All regular employees are also eligible for the corporate bonus program or a sales incentive (target included in OTE) as well as stock in the form of Restricted Stock Units (RSUs).

Responsibilities
EDI Monitoring / trouble shooting:
Daily monitoring/trouble shooting of Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) transmissions to ensure sales tracing data and inventory reports are processed right first time and are made available to suppliers on a timely basis
Failure to Supply Management:
Work with internal stakeholders (procurement/finance) and external manufacturing suppliers to monitor failure to supply events. Work cross functionally to resolve any disputes that may develop and ensure Cardinal Health is correctly compensated when deliveries into its distribution network are interrupted.
Manual Prep Buy:
Collaborate with the global sourcing team to closely manage critical items that require additional oversight via a manual buy process ensuring that inventory levels are optimized and customer service levels maintained.

As the Strategic Sourcing Manager you will build collaborative relationships with our internal business partners as well as strategic relationships with our suppliers. - Negotiating and completing key strategic deals including national master lease agreements, with our small and medium tower company partners for macros, site modifications, and small cells projects, driving all aspects of complex strategic sourcing processes.
- Strategize and evaluate multiple variables to determine the best course of action during high-level negotiations, and ensure that the negotiation takes into consideration future rent impacts.
- Assess and recommend ways to optimize the rent/lease portfolio, to meet Verizon infrastructure build goals.
- Partner with your business partner to create business case justification needed to gain approval and execution of master lease agreements from management.
- Manage expiration dates on existing master lease agreements, build a business case around potential MLA extensions/renegotiations, secure leadership approval of approach, and ensure that you are securing the best possible outcome for Verizon.
- Negotiate contracts that uphold the integrity of future network needs while focusing on driving rent and lease expenses down.
- Manage budget and planning, and draft necessary language to translate business needs into specific requirements for contract-related documents, e.g. statements of work (SOW), letters of authorization (LOAs), requests for proposals (RFPs), etc.
- Partner on negotiations, pricing terms and conditions, conduct research and provide benchmark data including conducting and facilitating RFP's (RFQs or RFIs).

Key Skills & Experience

to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting in the management of G-P's relationships, processes, reporting and issue resolution for In Country Providers ("ICPs").

- Assist in maintaining effective relationships with the key stakeholders across G-P, and ensure efficient communication of provider related updates.

- Provide support on analysis, reports, presentations as required by the business including but not limited to internal facing resources, master schedules, tickets.
- Serve as a point of contact for vendor-related queries, resolving issues promptly and professionally and escalating to Snr Mgr as required.
Requirements
- Education - Degree in Business. Management, Finance or relevant experience
- 5+ years of proven experience in vendor management or a similar role focused on building relationships
- Experience working across multiple regions and cultures is advantageous
- Strong financial acumen, negotiation, analytical and conflict resolution skills.
- Highly motivated, with exceptional organizational, communication and presentation skills
- Meticulous and quick learner with a "can do" attitude
- A positive and solutions focused mindset is necessary for this position.

The Vendor Manager within CX Operations is responsible for onboarding, managing and supporting our Outsourcing Partner(s) for Professional Services, Payroll Operations and Customer Support.
As a Vendor Manager you own the end-to-end relationship management with external service providers, including procurement, contract management, performance management, and offboarding. You will be supported by a team that provides training and enablement, performance management, operational support and quality assurance.
Role Responsibilities: What you'll do
- Develop - and execute on - a consistent and transparent Vendor Management Framework for outsourcing partners, as part of the CX Operations function
- Define/iterate upon a framework to track KPIs and other metrics relevant partner engagements
- Develop a collaborative approach with Outsourcing Partners aimed at maximizing value for the company, and minimize and mitigate operational risks
- Support the development and continuous improvement of a scalable approach for JTBDs that will be handled by outsourcing partners
- Manage a team of specialists who are responsible for the execution of the Vendor Management strategy
- Own the strategic relationship with the vendor, acting as the main escalation point for all outsourcing topics
- Lead and drive regular performance reviews, including business metrics, KPIs, and scorecards
- Ensure contract and SOW adherence, including commercial terms, penalties, and service levels
- Organize and lead Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and regular syncs with vendor leadership
- Execute regular audits to ensure quality, efficiency and process compliance
- Carry out regular market assessments to identify and onboard the partners best suited to Personio's needs, engage in and own contract (re-)negotiations when applicable
- Own the financial relationship: review and approve pre-invoices, accruals, and vendor payments
- Oversee cost plans, ramp plans, and track vendor resource allocation and utilization
- Lead capacity planning in collaboration with internal stakeholders and the vendor
- Manage escalations and collaborate with the respective stakeholders to resolve these escalations
- Align with internal leadership, finance, and product teams on vendor strategy and future needs.
As part of this role you will also:
- Partner closely with Professional Services, Customer Support, and Payroll Operations on all operational tasks to help drive the organisation's support strategies and direction
- Collaborate with vendor counterparts in regards to operational governance
Role Requirements: What you need to succeed
- University degree or relevant work experience
- Fluent in written and spoken English, and ideally German or one other European language
- 8+ years of professional experience
- 3+ years of previous vendor management experience
- 3+ years of people management experience
- Must be at ease operating in a small, dynamic, fast growing team, able to be self-sufficient with a can-do attitude and ability to hold oneself accountable
