Within Foundry, the Manager, Product Development will be supporting the execution of new to market product development - including the identification, execution, and in-market delivery of new products and solutions. The responsibilities will include execution of near-term opportunities that drive significant in year revenue and strategic differentiation for Mastercard.
The role:
- Contribute to the development of product concepts and prototypes, independently owning and delivering key workstreams.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and CX&D teams to validate concepts and conduct market testing, taking full ownership of critical deliverables.
- Lead or support the creation of business cases and strategic planning for individual product initiatives.
- Drive ideation for new-to-market products and solutions through workshop facilitation and the creation of compelling collateral.
- Develop and deliver high-quality collateral to support internal decision-making and stakeholder alignment.
- Facilitate cross-functional engagement and ensure timely follow-through on all resulting actions.
- Provide prioritized product requirements in partnership with CXD, Product, and data engineering teams.
- Act as a liaison between business units and technical teams, ensuring clarity and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
- Navigate a matrixed organization to influence stakeholders and drive outcomes within tight timelines.

- 4-5 years relevant work experience.
- Natural problem solver: analytical, curious, and fact-driven approach to product development.
- Collaborative team player: proven track record in collaborating with multiple cross-functional (both internal and external) teams across multiple locations; facilitating challenging conversations and managing ambiguity.
- Exceptional analytical, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Extensive experience in product development, including rapid opportunity assessment, concept creation, business model innovation, and global in-market testing.
- Strong background in translating stakeholder needs into functional specifications, user stories and process flows.
- Strategic thinker with strong technical acumen and hands-on experience collaborating with technical teams.
- Ability to manage priorities and delegate tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in payments innovation, delivering differentiated, new-to-market value propositions.
- Prior experience as a business analyst role, or similar, working in agile environments.
- Background in martech or adtech environments a plus.

Role Overview
We're seeking a visionary Product Development Director to lead the creation of next-generation solutions within our New Product Development portfolio. This role is ideal for someone with deep product management expertise, a passion for building from zero-to-one, and bonus points for experience in adtech or digital media ecosystems.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams to define, develop, and launch innovative products from concept to market.
- Own the product strategy, roadmap, and execution for high-impact initiatives aligned with Mastercard's strategic goals.
- Partner with engineering, design, CX&D, and data teams to prototype, test, and iterate on new product ideas - overseeing the development of features in the product roadmap

- Experience with adtech, martech, or data-driven media platforms is a strong plus.

Key responsibilities for this role include:
People manager of Scientists and Engineers who support device development for Injectables, Respiratory and Transdermal combination products
Build and expand team with responsibility for hiring new positions to support new technologies and programs within the Injectables, Respiratory and Transdermal portfolio.
Lead a team who support device development by generating the critical evidence that demonstrates to regulatory agencies that the combination product is safe, effective, reliable and fulfills regulatory requirements.
Responsible for technical interface between drug product and device teams during combination product development on elements such as primary container interface and compatibility, exhibit batch manufacture and stability studies
Lead and provide technical oversight to a team responsible for design verification, stability, biological evaluation, extractables, and transport & shipping studies.
Responsible for leading a technical team during regulatory and notified body inspections by representing the team in front of auditors and ensuring audit readiness.
Overall responsible for method development, approval of method validations and test protocols and reports.
Technical oversight of team responsible for the development of design requirements and combination product specifications based on characterization of comparator products, regulatory requirements, design intent and user requirements.

Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Power Systems Engineer to play a critical role in designing and modeling electrical transmission and distribution infrastructure. In this position, you will be responsible for conducting technical analyses, modeling power system performance, and providing recommendations to optimize the reliability, efficiency, and safety of our power systems.

You will be involved from the early planning (per-design) stages to develop, review, improve and approve power architecture typologies and you will be leading the development of protection coordination studies during the execution phases.

Key job responsibilities
- Perform detailed power system studies, including load flow analysis, short-circuit analysis, and transient stability analysis, using advanced software tools
- Develop and maintain accurate models of the electrical transmission and distribution network, incorporating the latest system changes and upgrades
- Analyze system performance data to identify potential issues and bottlenecks, and propose solutions to improve system reliability and capacity
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including substation design, operations, and planning, to ensure seamless integration of power system enhancements
- Overseeing third-party vendors to ensure quality and integration of power system studies into main projects.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes that may impact power system design and operation
- Provide technical guidance and training to junior members of the team
- Participate in the development of technical standards, policies, and procedures for the organization

Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years of experience in power system analysis and design
- Proficiency in using power system analysis software, such as ETAP, PSS®E, or DIgSILENT PowerFactory and PSCAD.
- Experience with transmission and distribution systems, generation, renewable energy and energy storage systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex technical data.
Preferred Qualifications
- Chartered Engineer (or working towards) with a recognized body
- Experience in substation design and protection system coordination
- Knowledge of renewable energy integration and distributed generation technologies
- 3 years of experience directly related to data center or mission critical facility design.
- Proficiency in programming languages, such as Python or MATLAB, for custom software development.
