This role will be responsible for leading the product marketing and communications for Mastercard Connect, Mastercard's B2B platform that enables our customers to manage and grow their business. In this role you will be a communications champion internally and externally to build awareness and excitement for Mastercard Connect, partner with product leaders and key internal stakeholders to market releases and new developments. You will execute and advance our product marketing and communication strategies; align and prioritize initiatives with forward looking strategic view and successfully commercialize platform capabilities both internally and externally with customers.
Overview
- Be the resident marketing and communications expert for Mastercard Connect
- Develop product collateral and other marketing assets
- Work closely with the Product team to develop launch strategies for new products & features
- Evaluate accomplishment of objectives using metrics defined for measuring marketing effectiveness
Responsibilities
- Defines and leads execution of go to market strategy for a product or feature release
- Leads creation & execution of product marketing and communications across internal and external channels (email, video, trainings, technical announcements) to drive adoption and usage
- Supports development of product value propositions that are consumer-led
Experiences

The Director, Marketing will lead a global team of marketing professionals responsible for demand generation across the High Performance Chromatography Solutions (HPCS) business of the Chromatography and Mass Spectrometry Division (CMD). Responsible for ensuring OB policies are in place to support product & packaging development, and ensuring reviewed & updated annually Support the innovation process, idea generation and pipeline build to deliver business ambitions This role is the own brand lead for packaging & sustainability, working cross functionally with the Food Leadership team, Head of Sustainability and industry experts ensuring sufficient direction and guidance in place to deliver the OB elements for the sustainability strategy Responsible for leading, implementing and continually developing ways of working in OB to ensure they are embedded in the business, working closely with Ambient Development Manager Working closely with the own brand design team and the own brand operations team to ensure best execution of own brand opposite shopper This role is the OB lead on health, working cross functionally and with industry experts The ideal candidate: Must have at least 3 + years experience in development / technical role Will have a love of food and deep knowledge & interest in food trends Must have knowledge of the Irish / UK grocery market Must be aware of all relevant food / packaging legislation Will have great project & time management skills Will have excellent interpersonal & communication skills Will have a strong focus of continuous improvement, process development and ways of working Will ideally have experience in people management Will have a Third level degree in Food Technology, Food Science, Food Business or similar relevant course This is a 12 Month Contract Musgrave is an equal opportunities employer.
