**Title and Summary**
Product Marketing Manager
Lead, Product Marketing
This role will be responsible for leading the product marketing and communications for Mastercard Connect, Mastercard's B2B platform that enables our customers to manage and grow their business. In this role you will be a communications champion internally and externally to build awareness and excitement for Mastercard Connect, partner with product leaders and key internal stakeholders to market releases and new developments. You will execute and advance our product marketing and communication strategies; align and prioritize initiatives with forward looking strategic view and successfully commercialize platform capabilities both internally and externally with customers.
Overview
- Be the resident marketing and communications expert for Mastercard Connect
- Develop product collateral and other marketing assets
- Work closely with the Product team to develop launch strategies for new products & features
- Evaluate accomplishment of objectives using metrics defined for measuring marketing effectiveness
Responsibilities
- Defines and leads execution of go to market strategy for a product or feature release
- Leads creation & execution of product marketing and communications across internal and external channels (email, video, trainings, technical announcements) to drive adoption and usage
- Supports development of product value propositions that are consumer-led
Experiences
- Experience executing a product marketing campaign and measuring programs to assess success and recommend changes
- Experience leveraging multiple sources of data to identify insights and develop content through various channels
- Experience participating in a quantitative study resulting in the ability to represent the voice of the customer

The Director, Marketing will lead a global team of marketing professionals responsible for demand generation across the High Performance Chromatography Solutions (HPCS) business of the Chromatography and Mass Spectrometry Division (CMD). As a senior member of the business leadership team this role will work closely with the functional leaders within HPCS and the other businesses of CMD to define and implement the near and long-term marketing strategy for the HPLC consumables and instruments.
This role will be fully remote (work from home), based in a variety of locations in Europe. Regular international travel will be required (c.25% of working time), including overnight stays.
**What will you do?**
+ **Go-to-Market Strategy** : Implement the global go-to-market strategy in partnership with commercial and segment leaders to support growth initiatives
+ **Customer Insights** : Leverage customer feedback and voice of sales to advise roadmaps, application development, and marketing strategies
+ **Campaign Development** : Deploy over-arching marketing campaigns to position workflow solutions to target customer segments to accelerate product adoption
+ **Product Launch Execution** : Collaborate with vertical marketing and product management to develop and implement high impact launch plans for new products and workflow solutions
+ **Demand Generation** : Drive demand for consumables and instrument portfolios, maximising all applicable channels (e.g. Direct, Fisher Scientific, eCommerce)
+ **Digital Marketing** : Leverage digital solutions (e.g. SEM/SEO, social, agentic AI) to accelerate run-rate growth
+ **Commercial Enablement** : Partner with regional marketing and commercial operations to support channel activation, bolster product proficiency, and increase commercial engagement
+ **People Leadership** : Build and lead a successful global marketing and applications team, encouraging professional development and continuous learning
**How will you get here:**
**Education**
+ Bachelor's degree in science or business; advanced degree preferred
**Experience**
+ 10+ years marketing experience in the scientific industry with 5+ years of leading marketing teams
+ Proven success in marketing strategy, digital marketing, and market development, ideally combining consumables and instruments
+ Strong interpersonal and communication skills with an ability to collaborate with a diverse set of partners. Agility to operate optimally in a global, highly matrixed environment with a focus on continuous improvement

Product Development Engineer – Medical Device Industry
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Product Development Engineer to join a fast-paced and innovative medical device team. This role is central to the design, development, and optimization of next-generation medical technologies, involving both hardware and software components. You will work cross-functionally to bring products from concept through to commercialization, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and a strong focus on patient outcomes.
Responsibilities Include but are not Limited to:
Lead product development activities from design and prototyping to testing, validation, and market launch.
Collaborate with Operations, QA/RA, Technical Support, and Commercial teams to ensure smooth and compliant product development.
Partner with Product Management to define product strategies and technical requirements aligned with business goals.
Define design inputs, conduct feasibility studies, and contribute to the development of technical documentation including design history files and technical files.
Work on embedded systems, firmware, and software development to support fully integrated device functionality.
Conduct risk assessments and support the implementation of risk management strategies.
Optimize designs for manufacturability, scalability, and performance.
Manage the full product development lifecycle and ensure adherence to regulatory and quality requirements.
Participate in design reviews and prototype evaluations, offering technical guidance across departments.
Troubleshoot and resolve product issues during both development and post-market stages.
Degree in Engineering (Biomedical, Mechanical, Electrical, or a related discipline).
Minimum of 5 years' experience in product development, preferably in the medical device sector or a closely related field.
Strong experience with embedded systems, firmware, and software development.
Proven background in taking medical devices from concept to market launch.
Solid understanding of design controls, validation, and regulatory compliance (e.g., FDA, ISO 13485).
Proficient in both hardware and software product design, prototyping, and testing.
Knowledge of mechanical engineering principles, manufacturing processes, and materials.
Familiar with risk management techniques (e.g., FMEA) and regulatory documentation practices.
Skilled in CAD tools (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD), MATLAB, C/C++, Python, and embedded platforms.
Core Competencies:
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Proven ability to work cross-functionally with engineering, regulatory, quality, and commercial teams.
Highly detail-oriented, proactive, and adaptable with a continuous improvement mindset.
Preferred & Desirable Qualifications:
Experience with auditory or wearable medical technologies.
Familiarity with FDA 21 CFR Part 820, ISO 13485, ISO 14971 standards.
Experience with PLM systems and product lifecycle documentation.
Lean/Six Sigma or other continuous improvement methodologies.
Ability to mentor and train junior team members.
Track record of process and product optimization with risk mitigation.
Flexibility to work in a dynamic and evolving environment.
Willingness to travel internationally as required.
