The Opportunity
We're seeking an experienced Product Marketing Director to shape and lead the development of our solutions for HR, IT, Corporate Communications, Sales, Operations, and Internal Communications within the Employee Communications line of business.
In this role, you'll operate at a strategic level, driving a comprehensive solutions marketing strategy that directly impacts the growth of our business. You'll partner closely with sales, product management, marketing, and partnerships to position and package our platform and solutions for maximum market impact.
Success in this role requires a deep understanding of customer needs and the ability to translate that insight into compelling messaging, innovative go-to-market strategies, and powerful sales enablement tools. You'll combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution - conceptualizing, creating, and maintaining the materials, processes, and campaigns that enable our teams to win in the market.
Reporting to the General Manager, Employee Communications , you'll play a key leadership role in influencing how our solutions are presented and adopted, while collaborating across the organization to drive measurable results.
Key Responsibilities
- Segment our target markets and define our ideal customer profile to successfully position our solutions
- Develop and maintain buyer personas to influence both product positioning and solution development
- Drive comprehensive competitive analysis, optimizing output for application across functional and sales teams
- Work closely and build partnerships with the Product Management team to maintain visibility into product capabilities/roadmap; provide market insight into product direction using customer and market research
- Develop a clear understanding of market dynamics and solution features to accurately position them in marketing programs
- Develop and oversee GTM strategies and support cross-functional teams in the successful adoption of solutions
- Conceptualize and develop solution messaging and materials to best position our platform. Work with both sales and marketing to increase mindshare and product adoption
- Deliver and execute a comprehensive enterprise sales enablement strategy for solutions that tie to revenue targets for the global sales organization. Build awareness internally around sales enablement initiatives and programs
- Coordinate and help plan joint marketing campaigns to grow sales pipeline and new revenues with account-based marketing, events, promotions, digital marketing, and sales outreach
- Establish, track and measure appropriate KPIs to understand the impact of product marketing programs on sales cycles and pipeline

Compensation
We offer a competitive annual base salary of USD 140,000-160,000 (gross), plus variable compensation, with the final offer tailored to the candidate's skills, experience, and location. Product Development Engineer – Medical Device Industry
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Product Development Engineer to join a fast-paced and innovative medical device team. This role is central to the design, development, and optimization of next-generation medical technologies, involving both hardware and software components. You will work cross-functionally to bring products from concept through to commercialization, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and a strong focus on patient outcomes.
Responsibilities Include but are not Limited to:
Lead product development activities from design and prototyping to testing, validation, and market launch.
Collaborate with Operations, QA/RA, Technical Support, and Commercial teams to ensure smooth and compliant product development.
Partner with Product Management to define product strategies and technical requirements aligned with business goals.
Define design inputs, conduct feasibility studies, and contribute to the development of technical documentation including design history files and technical files.
