The Night Sky is a 7 year old eCommerce company based in Dun Laoghaire, Co Dublin. We create custom star maps from a special time and place in a person's life and ship them to customers around the world.
Our team is growing and we're looking for a production assistant to help craft our products. No eCommerce production experience is necessary and you will be given on site training. This is not a desk job, you will be using your hands to create something unique and meaningful.

Job Specifications

Responsibilities:
General:
- Loading / unloading deliveries, green coffee
- Grinding and packing of roasted coffee in an organized manner
- Careful and precise application of bag labels and roast dates
- Dispatching orders
- Cleaning and maintenance of the roastery equipment and work space
- General assistance around the roastery including the delivery of green coffee
- Other duties as assigned
Production Environment:
- Maintain the upkeep of the production environment.
- Cleaning of roasting accessories (bins, white bins, etc.) and alert other production staff of these tasks when needed
- Assist in the cleaning of the production warehouse and lab area
- Other duties as assigned
- Participate in team and staff meetings
Coffee Production (to aid in the daily production of coffee):
- Assist in the bagging of roasted whole bean and ground coffee
- Assist in the grinding of roasted whole bean coffee
