We're hiring a Senior Trade Support Specialist to join the Fixed Income desk of a global financial institution in Dublin. Key Responsibilities:

• Provide expert, real-time support for Excel-based workflows, including advanced formula troubleshooting, add-in management, and quant library installations.
• Collaborate directly with traders to resolve technical issues and ensure seamless trade execution from 7am onwards.
• Monitor and maintain market data integrations (e.g. Bloomberg, Trade Blotter, Risk/Pvs).
• Support and optimise trading operations across Interest Rate Swaps, Cross-Currency Swaps, FX Forwards, and other derivatives.
• Utilise your understanding of swap valuation, risk (including delta), and P&L impact to support trading decisions.
• Work closely with IT and quant teams to debug Python code and enhance system performance.

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience supporting a front-office trading floor, ideally within Fixed Income.
• Deep understanding of interest derivatives and interest rate swaps, including how they're valued and the market data they require.
• Familiarity with swap risk metrics, including delta calculations and their role in trading P&L.
• Advanced Excel skills with the ability to resolve complex formula and data issues.
• Experience with real-time data feeds and tools like Bloomberg.
• Comfortable debugging and enhancing Python code in a financial context.

Role Description

The Role & What You Will Be Doing
The Quality Engineer Production Support is responsible for generating investigation reports and addressing CAPAs (Corrective and Preventative Action) supporting continuing production, resolution of manufacturing incidents and optimizing operational activities for sterile injectable products.
