We are currently recruiting for a Manager, Talent Acquisition (TA), who will create and implement a strategic and proactive talent acquisition strategy with full executive buy-in and participation to ensure that AbbVie recruits the strongest talent for Ireland.
In this role, you will lead, coach and mentor a team of high-performing TA professionals who are responsible for early careers and experienced recruiting across operations and commercial business for six locations (Dublin, Sligo, Westport and Cork).
What will you be responsible for:
+ You will set the vision, strategy and goals for all aspects of talent acquisition across Ireland.
+ Lead, coach and develop the Ireland TA team while improving capability and delivering on hiring needs across Ireland for full life cycle recruiting.
+ Partner with our business leaders, business HR partners and Centres of Excellence (CoE) such as Total Rewards, Talent Management, Talent Deployment and eedi to deliver the TA strategy.

Qualifications

You will have

- Relevant industry experience (healthcare, pharma etc.) recruitment experience strongly preferred.
