Hours Approx. 160 hours per month (mix of day shifts and sleepovers) Key Responsibilities Deliver high-quality, person-centred care and support Promote the dignity, safety and wellbeing of young people Implement care and placement plans in line with national standards Supervise, mentor and support staff teams (leadership and manager roles) Ensure compliance with policies, procedures and regulatory requirements Requirements Minimum Level 7/8 qualification in Social Care or related discipline (e.g. Nursing, Psychology, Social Work, Teaching, Social Sciences) Relevant experience working with children in care (management experience required for leadership/manager roles) Knowledge of social care principles and practice Full driving licence Why Join Us? As an Intern within NetApp's IT - Professional Services team, you will work closely with a dynamic group dedicated to enhancing NetApp's Enterprise Digital applications and systems. You will be assigned a short-term project to complete during your internship, providing you with hands-on experience and growth opportunities. To ensure your success, you will be paired with a mentor who will guide and support you throughout the internship. **Job Requirements**
1. **Business Systems Analysis:**
+ Strong oral and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients and team members.
+ Familiarity with applications, servers, networking, or IT practices such as operations, change control, and release management.
+ Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional and technical team members to meet project deadlines.
+ Capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
+ Strong aptitude for learning new technologies and understanding their application in customer-facing environments.
+ Proficiency in multi-tasking and maintaining organizational efficiency.
+ Determination to complete tasks promptly and effectively.
2 **. Technical Skills in AI/ML:**
+ Experience in leveraging AI for work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving, including the use of AI-powered tools, workflow automation, and AI-driven Proficiency in one or more programming languages such as Python, Java, or React.js.
+ Knowledge and application of concepts related to Machine Learning frameworks like PyTorch, TensorFlow, Open AI, and LLMs (Open Source).

+ Ability to participate in technical discussions within the team and across cross-functional teams.
+ Eagerness to take on additional tasks and responsibilities that contribute to team, department, and company goals.
