About the Role: Flogas is seeking an experienced Project Delivery Manager to manage our PMO in Flogas Energy, overseeing the approval, assignment, and execution of multiple projects across the business, including compliance, sales, marketing, operations, and IT. Key Responsibilities Review and assess project proposals from different departments, ensuring they align with company goals and resource availability. Act as the main point of contact for senior leadership and department heads regarding project priorities, challenges, and progress updates. Ensure all projects comply with internal policies, industry regulations, and best practices to mitigate risks. Lead, mentor, and develop a team of project managers, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and professional growth. Manage project resources effectively, balancing workloads and ensuring optimal utilisation of project management expertise. Track project KPIs, identify areas of concern, and implement corrective actions to ensure successful project completion. Work closely with departments such as Sales, Marketing, Operations, Compliance, and IT to ensure alignment and seamless execution of business objectives. Candidate Profile The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project portfolio management, with experience in leading multiple projects across various business functions. They will be a strategic thinker with the ability to assess project feasibility, allocate resources effectively, and drive continuous improvement in project execution. Key attributes include: 5+ years of project management experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role managing multiple projects. Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid). Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage and influence senior leadership. A proven track record in delivering projects on time and within budget across multiple business areas. Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and analytical skills. Ability to mentor and develop a high-performing team. Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Asana, or similar). Relevant project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or similar) is desirable. Lead modular build planning, managing interfaces across Design, Engineering, Panel Shop, Fabrication, Quality, Logistics, and Site Execution. Drive daily/weekly performance through Tier 3 and Tier 4 reviews, resolving blockers in real-time. 2. Client & Stakeholder Interface Act as the single point of accountability for Cental in all project matters with Ardmac and Dornan. Lead weekly project coordination calls, steering committees, and client reporting. Ensure full contractual compliance, change control governance, and documentation throughout the project lifecycle. 3. Identify, assess, and mitigate risks across schedule, quality, and cost with escalation mechanisms in place. JOB ENVIRONMENT The Food Safety Authority of Ireland (FSAI) is a statutory, independent and science-based body, dedicated to protecting public health and consumer interests in the area of food safety and hygiene. The FSAI support these essential services through the development and implementation of a number of projects that scale from impacting a single internal system to projects that impact on food businesses and the wider public in general. My Dublin City Centre based client is recruiting for an IT Project Manager to join the team on a permanent basis working on a hybrid model. The Project Manager will be responsible for managing and delivering projects across the business, including cross-functional and group-wide initiatives. It covers the full project lifecycle, from initiation to completion, ensuring objectives are achieved on time, within budget, and to quality standards. A key focus of the role is on Change Management ensuring that business transformation is effectively integrated into operational functions and adopted by stakeholders. The Project Manager also acts as a central link between stakeholders and delivery teams, promoting effective change practices and serving as a core member of the organisations Change Management function. Key Responsibilities Project & Change Management Define project scope, deliverables, roles, and responsibilities, and ensure alignment with business goals and clarity among stakeholders. Plan, lead, and report on project activities, managing dependencies, cost, quality, and timelines according to internal governance frameworks. Identify, assess, and mitigate risks to ensure successful project delivery and realisation of business benefits. Drive and embed organisational change through structured approaches, ensuring that change is not only implemented but fully adopted by affected areas. Deliver standalone projects to agreed outcomes and quality standards, ensuring change activities are properly scoped and integrated. Manage stakeholder expectations through tailored change communication plans, stakeholder engagement, and feedback mechanisms. Facilitate workshops and business readiness assessments to ensure a smooth transition to new ways of working. Ensure projects are formally closed and reviewed, and that change lessons learned are documented and shared. Leadership Build, lead, and support project teams with the right skills and mindset to deliver effective business change. Create and deliver impactful change communications that build engagement and readiness across teams. Cultivate strong relationships with business units to champion and facilitate successful change adoption. Support the wider Change Management team in refining tools, templates, and frameworks that promote consistency and success across the project portfolio. Stakeholder & Relationship Management Manage internal and external stakeholder relationships to support effective delivery of change. Source and manage third-party vendors in collaboration with legal, IT, and finance, ensuring value-for-money and compliance with agreements. Programme, Portfolio & Change Support Promote best practice in change governance by supporting quality reviews, assurance boards, and project health checks. Recommend and use project and change tracking tools for scheduling, reporting, and planning. Experience Minimum of 3 years experience as a Project Manager; or at least 3 years in a senior capacity within the life assurance or financial services industry (e.g., Team Leader, Technical Specialist, Subject Matter Expert). And: Minimum 2 years in a Junior Project Manager or change-focused role. Experience in embedding change within business units. Understanding of Agile and Waterfall software development lifecycles. Exposure to international or multi-jurisdictional environments. Skills Strong knowledge of project and change planning techniques. Effective at driving change adoption and business readiness. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint). Strategic thinker with the ability to solve complex problems and support cultural change. Capable of delivering high-quality outcomes within constrained timelines. Comfortable facilitating workshops, change impact assessments, and training sessions. Qualifications GCSE (or equivalent) Grade C or above in English and Mathematics, or relevant work experience. Formal Project Management qualification (e.g., PRINCE2, AgilePM, or equivalent). They specialise in large scale energy project across Ireland. Also working closely with delivery team, you will provide mechanical and process related solutions to major programs related to energy. About the Position This position focused on Asset project management of large programs, budget management, risks and issues related to utilities projects. Asset Management Stakeholder Management Preparation and review of mechanical engineering designs Engineering studies using industry leading software. Preparation of equipment specifications. Project Management Technical report writing. Development and agreement of project baselines (scope, cost, time). Development of reports, KPIs and dashboards Represent the company to the client in all aspects of the projects. Manage construction teams and project schedules. Technical engagement with external consultants, contractors, utilities and grid companies CAPEX management Experience/Requirements For this role you are required to have 4 years experience in a mechanical or process design position Degree in mechanical, process or electronics Strong knowledge process engineering and commissioning Experience in trenching and piping.
