The role

We have an ambition to be the largest retrofitter of homes on the island of Ireland. We operate across all market segments, including social housing, private homes and small businesses to support them in upgrading their homes and premises. As we grow to scale to meet this ambition, we are broadening our Major Projects division, which is responsible for the larger works programmes with SEAI, Local Authorities and Approved Housing Bodies (AHB's), to support them in the design, procurement, and delivery of their social housing upgrade programmes.

Our Head of Project Delivery will look after our Warmer Homes programme, the largest fuel poverty upgrade scheme in the State. This is a heavily regulated programme with national coverage, where we will complete over 350 deep retrofit home upgrades per year.

You will

  • Be responsible for the development of a programme of works associated with secured bids for Local Authorities and Housing Associations
  • Secure and onboard contractors to deliver these programmes
  • Work with clients on programme schedules, scope requirements and amendments
  • Ensure the safety, health and wellbeing of all employees and contractors, developing and deploying a robust Safety Management System for all contracted works
  • Work to avoid cost overruns and secure successful delivery of the projects with the best commercial value for our clients and SSE Airtricity

You have

  • In depth knowledge of Building Design principles and building energy performance
  • Familiarity with financial / cost modelling for Building Works
  • Experience of working on SEAI or equivalent funded programme
  • Programme Management experience of large and multi-site construction programmes
  • Experience leading a diverse workforce of both technical and non-technical insource and outsource partners

The Technical Support Group (TSG) is a key engineering specialist group providing technical support, global standards, global processes, subject matter expertise and governance to the Innovative Medicines (IM) Project Delivery (PD) team. The IMPD team is responsible for delivering technical support to all capital projects, including all green field and brown field builds for Innovative Medicines. The TSG is responsible for setting the technical direction for these projects, based on leading edge industry and regulatory standards. The TSG are responsible for governing the adoption of these leading-edge industry standards. The TSG is also responsible for governing the external manufacturing assessment program.

The Technical Support Group Lead is responsible for leading a team of industry experts in Biotherapeutics, Synthetics, Advanced Therapies and Medicinal Products; to deliver a standard end to end technical support for capital projects from concept to handover, encompassing the following key areas:

  • Facility business need
  • Facility design
  • Facility construction, commissioning and handover
  • Facility process validation
  • Asset management readiness

Responsibilities:

  • Define and deploy a vision and strategy for a standard technical approach, for all IM capital projects.

  • Provide end to end expert engineering technical support and guidance to capital projects from concept to handover; in the key areas of facility business need, facility design, construction, commissioning and process validation; for strategic green field and brown field Innovative Medicines facilities.
  • Provide guidance and overarching technical leadership in Facility & Equipment design.
  • Oversee the creation of all necessary asset management engineering standards and processes; to ensure the safe, compliant and reliable transition from project build phase to operations phase, to support a smooth transition of new equipment projects to end users.
  • Provide leadership and oversight to the site asset management functions, including creating a vision, a strategy, an operating model and an operating budget.
  • Provide technical support to the setup of asset management organizational structures, business processes, procedures, technology and systems including CMMS, data management, 5-year asset management plan, smart condition based and predictive maintenance philosophy.
  • Incorporate IM Managing Assets and FM Hard Services requirements into one cohesive site asset management approach.

Senior Director/Director of Delivery Management – Banking – Contract – Dublin

Market rate

3 days per week on site in Dublin.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a strategic and critical program, end-to-end, for a client in the banking sector
  • Manage client relationships and expectations, representing delivery at the governance level
  • Coordinate multiple activity streams and clients, ensuring seamless delivery across all aspects, including finance, sourcing, implementation and business outcomes
  • Work closely with multi-disciplined teams of product owners, architects, engineers and quality assurance to drive estimates, delivery plans and retrospectives
  • Proactively identify and manage engagement risks, escalating major issues early on
  • Participate in business development efforts for both existing and new clients, continuously identifying new opportunities
  • Engage in the entire pre-sales cycle, prepare client proposals, define implementation and design and present solution architecture and delivery statements of work

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in banking and financial services with at least 3-5 years specifically in mobile banking or digital banking platforms
  • Deep understanding of banking regulations, compliance requirements (PSD2, GDPR, PCI-DSS), and security standards for mobile financial applications
  • Experience with open banking APIs, payment systems, and mobile wallet integrations
  • Deep understanding and hands-on experience with Software Development Life Cycle and various methodologies, experience with both Agile and Waterfall delivery models
  • Hands-on experience delivering complex projects, managing client stakeholders on all levels and successfully driving IT services engagements
  • Ability to establish solid working relationships with clients, plus the ability to work effectively as a member of a dynamic, dispersed virtual team and to meet deadlines
  • Excellent communication, presentation and planning skills
  • Exceptional organizational, leadership and stakeholder management skills
  • Proficient in Agile methodology and iterative delivery approaches in order to build scalable and modern solutions

  • Coach and mentor delivery managers, scrum masters, and agile coaches within your programs

Director/Senior Director of Technical Delivery Management
in Dublin. In this role, you will partner with the Ireland leadership teams across delivery management, account management, product management, architecture, technology consulting and engineering.

As a Tier 1 Partner to several key clients, primarily in the Financial Services sector, this role involves leading the delivery of large-scale, complex programs, managing high-profile technology engagements across multiple verticals, aligning client visions with EPAM's innovative solutions, contributing to pre-sales initiatives and ensuring exceptional delivery quality.

We ideally need people to join before the end of the year so a notice period of 2 months or less is required.

Responsibilities

  • Take accountability for the overall technical program execution, including end-to-end delivery, client satisfaction and alignment with business and technical strategy
  • Set and manage clear expectations with both internal teams and clients, ensuring transparency and excellence in delivery
  • Work closely with design, development, and technology teams to build strong cross-functional relationships that bridge business and technical needs
  • Actively foster a culture of collaboration, innovation and continuous improvement by taking a hands-on leadership approach when necessary
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, offering strategic technical insights and solutions to enable their long-term business success
  • Oversee and ensure seamless coordination across multiple activity streams spanning project scoping, financial management, sourcing, implementation and delivery of business outcomes
  • Drive alignment between teams to maintain quality, timeliness and consistency across all engagements
  • Partner with multi-disciplinary teams to lead key planning activities, including developing accurate estimates, creating comprehensive delivery plans and conducting retrospectives to identify process improvements
  • Identify, assess and mitigate risks across all delivery activities while escalating critical challenges that could impact timelines, quality or client satisfaction

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field, or equivalent work experience that demonstrates a deep understanding of the role and its responsibilities
  • Demonstrated success as a technology delivery leader with a consistent track record of overseeing and driving the delivery of large-scale, complex and long-term solutions on time and within budget
  • Strong background in software development, engineering or solution architecture, with the ability to combine technical expertise with managerial and strategic leadership to realise project objectives
  • Extensive experience delivering technology solutions in the banking and financial services industry, with a particular focus on mobile or digital banking platforms
