We are working with one of our key clients who are looking for a Project Controller/Lead to manage the delivery of allocated projects, ensuring all necessary measures are taken such that works are carried out in a safe manner, whilst providing effective programme and cost control at all times. Accountabilities of the role Ensure that all Projects are delivered in accordance with all appropriate H&S and CDM regulations, as applicable, and good practice. Manage project installations and dismantles ensuring that projects are completed within planned costs and agreed timescales. Liaise with other Project Controllers who will also work on the project ensuring clear communication and consistency in approach. Where required provide pre-order support to commercial staff to ensure all risks are minimized for post order project delivery. In conjunction with appropriate Commercial Staff, implement/participate in Project Launch and Design Freeze Process and manage variations. Ensure that the necessary resources, including labour allocation, materials and all sub-contract requirements, are in place and managed. Ensure compliance to all necessary Project Delivery processes and procedures including ISO 9001 and Customer Charter. Foster and develop sound customer relationships through effective communication to provide excellent levels of service. Ensure compliance with all legislation, codes of practice, industry guidelines and /or Company procedure relating to Health and Safety. Ensure all projects are delivered on site in accordance with the Site Operations Manual. Encourage & maintain the Portakabin Operational Excellence culture by implementing and supporting improvement techniques/strategies within the business and projects undertaken. Build relationships with Commercial, Service and Projects teams to deliver projects on time and on budget Ensure site inspections are carried out so that projects are priced correctly. Skills, Qualifications & Experience Essential attributes are the minimum requirement for a role holder. Without these attributes, the role could not be performed. Desirable attributes would enable the candidate to perform more effectively, but they are not critical to the role. Review the significance of developing planning/environmental related legislation and relevant planning/Judicial decisions and advise Powergen management on same; Prepare and/or check scopes for third party services for projects and fully participate in the various stages of associated procurement processes. Ensure that the procurement of third party services for projects under the planning and environmental remit are carried out in compliance with company procurement guidelines, and monitor and evaluate the performance of principle consultants with respect to their use on future projects. The Person: The ideal candidate will possess the following qualification, skills, knowledge and attributes: 5 -7 years experience in project managing/working on planning applications and preparation of EIAR/AA for large scale projects. Hons Degree in Environmental Science, Engineering or equivalent. Post Graduate (Lvl 9 FETAC) qualification in a relevant discipline, (e.g. Environmental Science, Engineering, Planning Law) desirable but not essential. Project management across a range of projects with differing priorities, risk profiles and timelines. Proven track record of delivering complex projects through the Irish planning system. Specific expertise in the delivery of EIS/EIAR/AA/NIS documentation for large scale development projects. Significant technical expertise in the areas of infrastructure planning process and environmental assessment and licencing.In depth knowledge of relevant legislation and policy in these areas. Strong report writing, analytical, and presentation skills. Deep understanding of EIA, NIS, Appropriate Assessment, and Planning Acts. **Your role and responsibilities**
Trusteer, an IBM Security Group, is seeking a Team Leader to lead our growing Delivery Team and to play a key role in managing customer facing integration projects. The Team Leader will help to organize and prioritize overall work assignments of all projects, assist on client calls when needed, develop and update processes, and help manage escalated clients.
· Lead a team of Project Implementation Engineers
· Build a team, including hiring, training, mentoring, and developing of new team leads & teams members
· Support and guide the team in day-to-day operations, integration tasks, client interactions, attending client calls when needed.
· Allocate workload among team members
· Identifying opportunities for further business & product development, or potential risks that could impede or slow the progress of implementation, notifying key stakeholders when needed
· Leading complex integration projects: This involves planning, execution, and ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
· Understand clients' needs, and current workflows and design implementation architecture to address those needs, and offer solutions to implementations.
· Close coordination with cross-functional teams to prioritize and resolve complex integration, business and clients related issues
