To assist in daily, Weekly and monthly activities supporting continued product supply to Market. Shipping documentation generation using SAP, Documentation generation, and supporting with KPI generation will be critical elements of this role. How you will contribute :- Updating master data in SAP.
- Gathering Master Data information as required by Strategic Business Projects or to support ongoing investigations.
- Manage monthly inventory KPI generation and data gathering.
- Creation of shipping document 'packs' required for each shipment.
- Update documentation or generate new documents as required.
- Support requests for sample shipments for Initial Commercial Supply or New product launches.

Overview

Job Responsibilities
- Ensure that adequate production is taking place with the Contract Manufacturing Organization (CMO) in order to meet customer demands.
- Support the on-time delivery of Purchase Orders from CMO's, and interact with Market Supply Planning, Customer Liaison, Customer Service, CMO Site Planning, and BMS Virtual Plant Team (VPT) in achieving the on-time delivery of Purchase Orders.
- Act as External Manufacturing (ExM) contact for internal and external customers for product inquiry, shipments and scheduling activities.

- Ensure CMO supply chain team is kept up to date in relation to regulatory approval status to allow on time production to occur.
- Act as the main point-of-Contact between BMS Planning and the CMO for resolution of supply issues that may impact Customer Service in the market.
- Act as the interface with Quality, Manufacturing Technology, Supplier Relationship Manager, and Procurement to support resolution of any supply risks that may impact Customer Service levels.
- Work with CMO and MSP team/Customer to manage shortages/allocations and stock-outs in the market.
- Proactively determines the impact of supply disruption, quality events etc on market supply & keeps VPT and customer informed of such impact.
- Supports gathering of information for investigations and MAFF meetings. Acts as delegate for the Supply Chain Manager at MAFF meetings as required.
- Coordinate product reworks/redress at CMO site, as required by the business.
- Provide input into performance metrics analysis and comments (RTP, Backorders, Anticipated Backorders).
- Execute and support priority planning as necessary through review of Backorder/Anticipated Backorder (BO/ABO) information and customer inventory levels.

Dairygold Co-Operative Society Limited is now pleased to invite applications for the position of Supply Chain Graduate – Warehouse within Dairygold.
The Supply Chain Graduate is part of the Dairy Ireland Supply Chain team. They will liaise directly with both internal and external parties on related aspects of the business to meet the societies customer service goals.
The Supply Chain Graduate is an integral member of the site Customer Fulfilment team with the responsibility to learn and manage supply chain solutions for team issues. The Graduate is a champion for continuous improvement with focus on development of the resources and capability of themselves, the site and its people.
On a day-to-day basis the Graduate will work with the assigned team of Warehouse personnel to meet the demands of the business in a timely fashion. The Graduate will learn to oversee the daily product flow from the factory to the warehouse and onwards to other designated third-party stores and customers.
Reporting to the On-Site Warehouse Mgr. the Graduate will be assigned specific learnings and specific tasks with the view of developing the graduate's career within the supply chain function.
Core responsibilities for this role include but are not limited to:
- Deputise for the Warehouse Manager in Site VM meeting
- Lead, the warehouse site's team meeting.
- Supervise the site warehouse team
- Coordinate the activity of the warehouse and its third-party logistics providers
- Coordinate the activity of third-party hauliers for goods on site.
- Ensure that incoming raw material is received and checked for quantity and physical defect; and recorded on oracle in a timely fashion.
- Ensure that product is received in good condition form bag off, labelled and scanned
- Ensure that all finished goods stock is on Oracle in the correct locator.
- Carry out daily physical stock counts to cross-check production details, highlight any inaccuracies to production management and ensure that these are corrected by the following working day at latest.
- Resolve any stock variances at internal and 3rd party warehouses and work closely with the Inventory controller to understand an minimise root causes for variances.
- Prepare for stock take, take part / facilitate stock take teams and complete stock-take reconciliation.
- Ensure that product shipped, loaded on approved containers, is in good condition and in line with the clearances provided.
- Proactively manage the clearance process as defined by Customer Assurance.
- Engage with 3rd party suppliers and lead Supplier Scorecard reviews.
- Ensure that customer complaints are investigated within time frame allowed, root causes identified, and corrective actions implemented.
- Raise any maintenance issues, H&S concerns etc in a timely fashion and follow up to ensure close out.
- Complete Capital approval applications for relevant Warehouse projects
- Agree with Warehouse Ops Mgr. quantity, type and timing of product moves to outside stores to maximise the use of storage space ensuring that product is safely stacked.
- Day to day management of third- party hauliers to move stock to warehouses at best total cost.
- Liaise with QA, transport and supply chain admin and others as necessary to optimise loading to customers.
- Liaise with Supply Chain Management and Site Manager re changes affecting staff working arrangements so that issues are highlighted and addressed in a timely manner.
- Run the Operator CI workgroup meetings and take part in the Powder Supply Chain CI meetings and optimise metrics for both
- Feedback progress to operators on corrective actions based on Operator Metrics/measures.
- Select, run and record Problem Solving Events (PSE's)
- Working with the Site EHS Officer to manage Health and Safety within the Stores area including reporting accidents/incidents/near misses; ensuring adherence to safety procedures; completion of Site CRMS tasks
- Participation in Continuous Improvement Initiatives and other projects as required.
- Develop & update fulfilment related SOPs as necessary

We are looking to recruit a Candidate::
- Master's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Engineering, or related field (technical background preferred).
- 10+ years' experience in supply chain management within fine chemicals or similar industries, with proven leadership and team coordination experience.
- Strong track record in achieving targets, driving process improvements, and implementing best practices (e.g., S&OP, planning, logistics, warehouse, shipping).
- Extensive knowledge of supply chain principles, legislation, international trade regulations, and insurance policies.
- Demonstrated ability to coach, develop, and lead teams while fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Excellent time management, problem-solving, and communication skills (verbal and written).
- Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage
