Responsibilities: Work with Site Maintenance Managers, Planners and API Maintenance Lead on execution of the site maintenance program to deliver compliant, reliable and efficient operation of all plant and equipment. Support the Reliability Engineer in the execution of Reliability Centered Maintenance initiatives. Develop and lead a Root Cause Failure Analysis Program to reduce general equipment breakdowns and support maintenance personnel to conduct real time Root Cause Analysis. Work with the Reliability Engineer & Planning to establish and use reliability & work planning metrics/KPI's to monitor improvement and resource optimization e.g. PM/CM ratio, schedule adherence, etc. To carry out start up checks on machinery throughout the plant on a daily basis. Ensure that all breakdowns are carried out swiftly and safely at all times. Ensure that all servicing and maintenance throughout the site is done in an efficient, safe and hygienic manner. We are currently recruiting for a Senior Mechanical Engineer to join our expanding Building Services team in our Dublin Office, Ireland.

The **Senior Mechanical Engineer** will lead and support mid-large projects from concept to handover. **Requirements:**
+ To already have experience as a Mechanical Engineer or Building Services Engineer.
+ Experience in Mechanical Engineering / Building Services design, including developing detailed design drawings and calculations, specification writing, and compiling technical schedules.
+ A track record of having worked on various Building Services designs, for example, Commercial, Education and Residential projects.
+ Experience of seeing conceptual designs through to completion and dealing directly with clients.
+ A track record of having delivered low-energy, sustainable designs.
+ Proficiency in IES / Hevacomp and working knowledge of REVIT / CAD is preferred.
**Preferred Qualifications**
+ Ideally, a Mechanical, building services graduate, or a relevant discipline.
+ Proven track record in the Irish building services industry.
+ Chartered or with qualifications to become chartered.

Responsibilities: Lead mechanical design input across mid-to-large-scale building projects from concept through to handover Attend project and client meetings and represent the company at all stages of the project lifecycle Prepare technical specifications, detailed design drawings, reports, and schedules Produce design documentation in line with RIBA/project stages and local building regulations Ensure all project work complies with internal quality procedures, project management plans, and timelines Coordinate with multi-disciplinary teams and stakeholders to ensure fully integrated design solutions Provide guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and support staff Requirements: 5+ years experience in Mechanical Engineering or Building Services design within a consultancy environment Strong knowledge of mechanical building services, including HVAC, water services, and low-carbon system design Track record delivering sustainable and energy-efficient projects across various sectors Proficient in Hevacomp, IES, AutoCAD, and working knowledge of Revit Degree (Level 8) in Mechanical or Building Services Engineering Chartered Engineer status or actively working towards chartership Strong communication and leadership skills Benefits: 00 to 000 DOE + annual performance-related bonus Hybrid working model & flexible hours Technical excellence networks across global offices 2227 days annual leave (based on service) Health & wellness initiatives including annual health checks and EAP Volunteer days and opportunities to contribute to sustainability initiatives Interested?
