Responsibilities: Work with Site Maintenance Managers, Planners and API Maintenance Lead on execution of the site maintenance program to deliver compliant, reliable and efficient operation of all plant and equipment. Support the Reliability Engineer in the execution of Reliability Centered Maintenance initiatives. **Requirements:**
+ To already have experience as a Mechanical Engineer or Building Services Engineer.
+ Experience in Mechanical Engineering / Building Services design, including developing detailed design drawings and calculations, specification writing, and compiling technical schedules.
+ A track record of having worked on various Building Services designs, for example, Commercial, Education and Residential projects.
+ Experience of seeing conceptual designs through to completion and dealing directly with clients.
+ A track record of having delivered low-energy, sustainable designs.
+ Proficiency in IES / Hevacomp and working knowledge of REVIT / CAD is preferred.
**Preferred Qualifications**
+ Ideally, a Mechanical, building services graduate, or a relevant discipline.
+ Proven track record in the Irish building services industry.
+ Chartered or with qualifications to become chartered.
