In partnership with our client, Sedgwick Resource Solutions is seeking an experienced Product Specialist based in Dublin 2
This is an excellent opportunity to join an industry leader in Banking.
**This is a contract role to work on a specific project until March 2026**
**Your Role:**
Reporting to Product Manager, the core function of the Product Specialist is to play a central role in supporting the CPC programme by managing and delivering key components of a programme of work aimed at satisfying commercial commitments of the teams portfolio.
**Your Team:**
The product team is responsible for the implementation of change necessary for; Lending Growth across Mortgages and Personal Lending, Business Banking and Asset Finance, Regulatory & Legislative adherence and ongoing risk control and maintenance of products and process.
When you join the team you will be working directly with other Product Specialists and a Product Manager to whom you will report.
**Your Responsibilities:**
+ Responsible for the delivery of product Business Requirements
+ Manage new product/ campaigns launches from inception to go-to-market launch.
+ Lead the design and implementation of sales and operational processes with appropriate engagement from subject matter professionals for new products.
+ Ensure implemented product or process is consistent with the design approved and delivers the value and customer benefits defined during the design approval process.
+ Collaboratively work with numerous functions in group centre to develop engaging, customer experience enhancing propositions.
+ Contribute to the overall strategy and performance by identifying market opportunities, key competitive activities/responses, and potential areas of development/improvement on an ongoing basis.
+ Identify market threats and take appropriate action to protect base and revenue.
+ Ensure ongoing, effective cross-functional engagement to deliver agreed KPIs
+ Effective Stakeholder Management skills will be crucial in succeeding in the role.

Join us as a Business Product Specialist - ICT This role will sit within the capability area of Io T & ICT Products Portfolio and is key to the delivery of Io T & ICT financial & strategic objectives.
The role involves working within the ICT product team, and building required product portfolio set including product development, delivery, launch and post launch tracking and monitoring.
Intra and cross department engagement will also be a significant element to the role working collaboratively with Sales Teams, Mar Comms, Finance, Customer Support, Sales Enablement, Regulatory & Legal, etc.

Track base and revenue performance, preparing remedial action plans where variances are identified.

Ensure that all propositions and products developed are positively contributing to Customer Satisfaction targets.
