Our Government & Public Services (G&PS) team within Finance Transformation Consulting is expanding to support the needs of our clients with some of the most complex issues facing society and we are looking for an experienced Senior Manager to join us.
Our specialist consulting team works side-by-side with Government Departments and agencies to drive strategic transformation to make an impact that matters for citizens.
We do this by providing a range of specialist services, including service and operating model design, programme and change management, process redesign, and operational and digital transformation using industry leading tools.
Working with our key G&PS clients, you will lead a team designing and delivering large scale public service transformation programmes - you will provide insights to, and learn from, a group of experienced leaders and industry experts from a diverse range of backgrounds.

About the role: As a Senior Manager your responsibilities will include: Engagement oversight: Lead end-to-end delivery of engagements for Government and Public Services clients.
Oversee the design and implementation of strategies, policies, operating models and digital transformation programmes in the area of finance as well as broader programmes.
Relationship management: Serve as a trusted advisor to senior officials, offering guidance and strategic advice on complex issues.
Problem solving and innovation: Bring innovative methods and tools to support clients in solving complex problems and issues.
Business development and growth: Drive the growth of our G&PS Finance Transformation practice by identifying new opportunities, leading proposals and engaging with prospective & current clients with a focus on Finance Transformation and ERP initiatives.

**Requirements:**
+ A demonstrable track record (minimum 3-years) in building, managing, and delivering successful sales results within Ireland/Northern Ireland public sector.
+ Unquestionable credibility in the Government sector - able to reveal and understand customer difficulties and apply the Splunk value stack - planning to solve problems throughout the sector.
+ Extensive Strategic Account Management experience (minimum 3 years) and experience leading customers through complex challenges.
+ Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, in English.
+ Outstanding interpersonal presentation skills and C-Level
+ A growth mindset - accepting that there is something to learn every day and adapt
+ Strong executive presence - very comfortable with 'C-Suite' engagement (both internally and externally).
+ Experience of closing sophisticated, multi-million dollar software licence deals, through multithreaded networking and negotiation.
+ Shrewd understanding of SaaS forecasting. Understanding how to handle sales target risk, taking ownership for committing and closing future deals and forecasting accurately.
+ Thriving in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment with high expectations of all team members.
