Job Description
We're looking for a self-driven QA Manager to take on a vital role in our software development quality assurance process.

Responsibilities:

• Provide guidance, mentorship, and support to the QA team members.
• Oversee and manage daily activities of the QA team to ensure alignment with project goals.
• Assist in onboarding new QA team members and conducting training sessions.
• Act as a liaison between the QA team and cross-functional Scrum teams.
• Ensure QA tasks are properly prioritized, assigned, and completed within sprint timelines.
• Participate in Scrum ceremonies such as sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives to represent QA activities.

Basic Requirements

• 3+ years team leadership experience in a QA environment, preferably leading small to medium-sized teams. 10+ years overall experience.
• Strong hands-on testing experience (manual or automated).
• Proven experience working in Agile/Scrum environments, coordinating QA efforts with Scrum teams.
• Proficiency with testing tools like JIRA, TestRail, Selenium, or similar platforms.
• Familiarity with automation frameworks and scripting languages desirable (e.g., Python, Java, or JavaScript).
• Ability to manage, motivate, and mentor QA team members.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills to handle multiple projects and teams simultaneously.
• Proven ability to resolve conflicts and facilitate collaboration across teams.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for reporting progress, defects, and risks.

My client is seeking to recruit a QC Material Management Analyst to join the QC Site Operations team at their Multi-Product Cell Culture Drug Substance Facility in Dublin.

Reporting to the QC Material Management Supervisor, you will be responsible for supporting site activities related to performing testing of Raw Materials, in-process samples, and laboratory duties in accordance with cGMP regulations.

Key responsibilities include:

  Minimum BSc in Science (or equivalent Level 7 Laboratory Apprentice qualification)
• Experience:
  At least 2 years in a QC role, ideally within pharmaceuticals
• Strong background in bioburden, endotoxin, and environmental monitoring (preferred)
• Experience with method validation/development (advantageous)
• Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and technical documentation
• High levels of integrity, accuracy, and attention to detail
