To qualify for the role, you must have:

Financial Reporting Manager Our client is seeking a talented Financial Reporting Manager to lead their finance reporting function and drive improvements across processes, people, and performance. The Role: As Financial Reporting Manager, you will: Lead, coach, and manage a team of accountants plus AP/AR staff. Deliver accurate, timely monthly management accounts and board packs. Oversee statutory financial statements and liaise with external auditors. Manage quarterly bank reporting, VAT returns, and other compliance filings. Prepare and present weekly Flash P&L and KPI reporting for senior leadership. Own the annual budgeting process and rolling forecasts across divisions. Provide meaningful variance analysis and actionable business insights. Champion process improvements in reporting systems (ERP, Excel, Power BI). Play a key role in non-financial reporting (CSRD/ESG frameworks). Requirements Fully qualified Deep technical expertise in FRS102, audits, and regulatory obligations. Proven leadership and team management experience. Sharp analytical and commercial awareness. Track record of driving process and systems improvement. Excellent communication skills, able to present financials to non-finance stakeholders. Organisational resilience to deliver in a dynamic, fast-moving environment.
