SAP Business Analyst Lead - Record to Report (R2R) Workstream Overview:We are seeking an experienced SAP Business Analyst Lead to spearhead the Record to Report (R2R) workstream, with a focus on Treasury and Banking, Finance and Controlling (FICO), Profitability and Performance Management (PaPM), and Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A). The SAP Business Analyst Lead will play a critical role in designing, implementing, and optimizing SAP solutions to support end-to-end financial processes, ensuring alignment with business objectives and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities: Solution Design and Implementation: Lead the design, configuration, and deployment of SAP modules and functionalities within the R2R workstream, including SAP FICO, Treasury (TRM), SAP MBC, PaPM, and FP&A solutions. Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for financial processes, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Develop and maintain functional specifications, process flows, and system configurations to support R2R processes. Process Optimization: Drive process improvements in financial close, general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, asset accounting, cost center accounting, and profitability analysis. Optimize treasury and banking processes, including cash management, liquidity forecasting, payment processing, and bank communication (e.g., SWIFT, SEPA). Enhance FP&A capabilities through SAP SAC solutions, enabling robust budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting. Leverage SAP PaPM to support Transfer Pricing, profitability analysis, cost allocation, and performance management initiatives. Leadership and Collaboration: Lead a team of business analysts and coordinate with cross-functional teams (e.g., SAP technical consultants, integration specialists, and business users) to deliver R2R solutions. Act as the primary point of contact for R2R-related inquiries, providing guidance to stakeholders and resolving complex issues. Facilitate workshops, Cross Functional Collaboration, training sessions, and change management activities to ensure user adoption and process alignment. System Integration and Data Management: Ensure seamless integration of SAP R2R modules with other SAP and non-SAP systems (e.g., SAP S/4HANA,or third-party banking platforms). Oversee data migration, master data management, and data quality initiatives for financial and treasury processes. Compliance and Reporting: Ensure compliance with financial regulations (e.g., IFRS, GAAP) and internal controls (e.g., SOX) within SAP configurations. Support the development of financial reports, dashboards, and analytics to meet stakeholder needs in FP&A and PaPM. Project Management: Manage R2R workstream deliverables, timelines, and budgets within SAP implementation or enhancement projects. Collaborate with project managers to align R2R activities with overall program objectives. Qualifications: Education:Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or a related field. MBA or relevant certifications (e.g., SAP Certified Application Associate, CPA, CMA) are a plus. Experience: 7+ years of experience as an SAP Business Analyst, with at least 3 years in a lead or senior role focused on R2R processes. Proven expertise in SAP FICO, Treasury, PaPM, and FP&A modules, preferably within SAP S/4HANA environments. Hands-on experience with treasury processes (e.g., cash management, bank reconciliation, liquidity forecasting) and banking interfaces. Strong knowledge of financial close, general ledger, cost accounting, and profitability analysis. Technical Skills: In-depth understanding of SAP modules (FICO, TRM, PaPM, SAC for FP&A) and their integration with other SAP components. Familiarity with SAP configuration, master data setup, and reporting tools (e.g., SAP Fiori, SAP Analytics Cloud). Knowledge of financial regulatory requirements and compliance standards (e.g., IFRS, GAAP, SOX). Soft Skills: Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Financial Control

We also provide a wide array of laboratory services to the agriculture, food and other sectors and work on Department of Agriculture contracts. We are committed to delivering a world-class service to our clientele of over 600 veterinary practices, and our centre is ISO 17025 Accredited since 2004, recognised by INAB. We are now looking for a Financial Accountant to join us on a full-time, permanent basis. The Role As our Financial Accountant, you will manage core accounting operations and support the overall effectiveness of our organisations financial systems. Specifically, you will produce weekly and monthly reports to guide decision-making and cost efficiency, oversee month-end and quarterly reporting, and perform reconciliations to pinpoint data or systems issues. Building on this, youll also contribute to the ongoing improvement of our systems, including ERP-related projects to enhance efficiency and streamline our operations. Additionally, you will: - Resolve discrepancies to ensure our records remain precise and reliable - Ensure compliance with PRSI, PAYE, VAT, and RCT requirements - Maintain and enhance Excel-based reports, schedules, and documentation - Manage the annual audit process and prepare financial statements - Support ad hoc analysis and finance project work About You To be considered as a Financial Accountant, you will need: - To be a qualified or part qualified accountant (finalist) - Experience in finance or accounting within a multinational or shared services environment - Practical experience with ERP systems or similar in a finance environment - Experience in Jet Reports / Microsoft Power BI - A background in systems testing, process improvement, or ERP implementation - The ability to build strong professional relationships - Strong Excel skills (e.g., advanced formulas, data manipulation, reconciliation work) - Excellent problem-solving skills The closing date for this role is 31st August 2025. **US Bank Global Fund Services is looking to hire a Financial & Regulatory Reporting Supervisor to join the team.**
**Key Responsibilities**
**Review and preparation of fund annual and semi-annual financial statements in accordance with IFRS, US GAAP, FRS 102 and regulatory requirements.**
**Review of financial statements workings and underlying support files.**
**Ensure completeness of disclosures in financial statements.**
**Review and preparation of CBI third party fund regulatory filings. This includes Monthly Nav Returns, MMIF returns, SPV returns, Interim and Annual financial statements filings.**
**Review and preparation of delegated Fund Investment Manager regulatory filings. This includes AIFMD Annex IV, Form PF and CPO PQR filings.**
**Deliver high quality service through accurate and timely completion of all assigned tasks (which may be part of larger processes) and requests for information, being responsive and anticipating our client/internal client needs.**
**Promoting a positive work environment for team members.**
**Skills / Experience**
**Accounting, finance or business degree, part/qualified accountant.**
**Previous experience in Funds Financial and Regulatory Reporting essential. (5 years)**
**Ability to work within a team environment/own initiative and to strict deadlines.**
**Excellent time management skills.**
**Strong MS Office skills, in particular Excel and Word.**
**Experience using Unity Confluence**
**End to end audit experience preferable**
**Knowledge of the relevant accounting standards and regulatory requirements.**
**Demonstrates initiative in undertaking tasks, recognising and following through on opportunities to deliver improved efficiency and client satisfaction.**
