The role of ETF Product Manager is to partner with the broader team to set the strategic direction of the European ETF business, work with the Global ETF Product team to develop new or enhance existing capabilities for the business and to work with prospects and existing clients on new services.

Strong cross-functional/business collaboration skills are required as work will be done across multiple teams within the bank.

Ability to synthesize large amounts of information into crisp recommendations, present and defend recommendations to a variety of audiences, manage multiple projects simultaneously and drive them to completion effectively.
Job responsibilities: Collaborate with Custody and Fund Services teams, clients, internal business partners, external vendors and industry forums to manage, support and grow our product offerings Provide strategic leadership to help define and document the European ETF strategy and take accountability to execute the plan as part of the broader ETF product team; Actively lead client pitches as the ETF expert and drive solutions for clients leveraging a deep background in fund accounting and / or custody; Gain a comprehensive understanding of existing product capabilities and design innovative solutions to new opportunities in order to build a scalable and efficient market leading service offering; Work closely with the broader ETF team and other Product management teams, technology and operations to ensure successful development and implementation of new products enhancements and delivery of the ETF design roadmap through effective working groups; Partner with our Product, Operations, Testing Groups and senior members of Product Development to plan release UAT and client JUAT's ensuring test environment connectivity and usage is communicated to all stakeholders; Represent JPMorgan's thought leadership internally and externally in industry events and through published articles for clients and media events; Understand the latest ETF Industry trends to inform and drive growth and apply those to better develop our platform capabilities; Identify opportunities for improvement and helping to affect change.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills: ETF Experience - ETF servicing expertise from a background in operations, client service, product development, fund accounting or custody.

Strong execution skills - the role requires strategic thinking to define and design our service platform - combined with accountability and strong execution skills to drive and implement development.
Strong independent contributor who is comfortable working in a self-directed mode on multiple assignments.
Excellent project management and influencing skills with the ability to multi task and influence others Ability to move product initiatives forward in a cross-functional and matrixed organizational model and personal accountability for achieving key milestones on a roadmap whilst guiding product enhancements through required development, testing, and release management.

Current and practical knowledge of the Funds Services business with a specific focus on Exchange Traded Funds.
