**Key accountabilities:**
+ To assist in the preparation and submission of accurate and timely regulatory reports (Balance Sheet, Capital, Liquidity, Statistical reporting) to various regulatory bodies across Europe. e.g CBI, BOE,FCA, NBP.
+ Stay up-to-date with changes in regulatory requirements and assist with the required implementation to update reporting processes and procedures.
+ Co-ordinate the preparation of ad hoc reporting requests from other Group internal functions.
+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data, analyse information, and resolve issues related to regulatory reporting.

+ Develop and maintain strong relationships with regulatory authorities, external auditors, and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth communication and compliance.
+ Participate in regulatory audits and examinations, assisting in the preparation of documentation and responses to enquiries.
**Skills & experience required:**
+ Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or a professional qualification is a plus (e.g., ACCA, CIMA, ACA).
+ Proficient in MS Office with a good working knowledge of Excel
+ Experience working in regulatory reporting within the financial services industry.
+ Highly organised with the ability to work under tight and competing deadlines.

**Specific Responsibilities:**
This role requires:
+ In depth Regulatory reporting experience within financial services, with detailed knowledge of full FINREP and Irish statistical reporting desirable.
+ 5+ years post qualified accountant with experience of working within Financial institutions.
+ Ability to coach and mentor junior staff

**Job Description**
**US Bank Global Fund Services is looking to hire a Financial & Regulatory Reporting Supervisor to join the team.**
**Key Responsibilities**
**Review and preparation of fund annual and semi-annual financial statements in accordance with IFRS, US GAAP, FRS 102 and regulatory requirements.**
**Review of financial statements workings and underlying support files.**
**Ensure completeness of disclosures in financial statements.**
**Review and preparation of CBI third party fund regulatory filings. This includes Monthly Nav Returns, MMIF returns, SPV returns, Interim and Annual financial statements filings.**
**Review and preparation of delegated Fund Investment Manager regulatory filings. This includes AIFMD Annex IV, Form PF and CPO PQR filings.**
**Deliver high quality service through accurate and timely completion of all assigned tasks (which may be part of larger processes) and requests for information, being responsive and anticipating our client/internal client needs.**
**Promoting a positive work environment for team members.**
**Skills / Experience**
**Accounting, finance or business degree, part/qualified accountant.**
**Previous experience in Funds Financial and Regulatory Reporting essential. (5 years)**
**Ability to work within a team environment/own initiative and to strict deadlines.**
**Excellent time management skills.**
**Strong MS Office skills, in particular Excel and Word.**
**Experience using Unity Confluence**
**End to end audit experience preferable**
**Knowledge of the relevant accounting standards and regulatory requirements.**
**Demonstrates initiative in undertaking tasks, recognising and following through on opportunities to deliver improved efficiency and client satisfaction.**

Design and delivery of regulatory training tailored to meet client's needs etc. About you To be considered for this position, you must demonstrate skills and experience in some of the following areas: Proven Regulatory Reporting/Treasury experience, ideally within a Banking/Financial Services environment in industry or practice. You have previous knowledge of regulatory reporting such as Prudential (COREP, FINREP), LCR, NSFR, ALMM, STE, Pillar III and AnaCredit returns including systems and processes normally used in the compilation and submission of European/Irish regulatory returns. Understanding of regulatory rules and reporting requirements including Basel III, CRD/CRR, BRRD and the wider regulatory environment. Highly motivated, with a proven ability to work on own initiative within a challenging and dynamic work environment. Outstanding communication (both spoken and written and ability to interpret and communicate technical papers) and people skills. Experience with data manipulation & analysis skills and techniques by means of extracting data from complex data sets and turning data into meaningful insights for stakeholders. Ability to challenge current processes and current workflows (as well as implementing new processes to deliver new regulatory requirements) with the ability to automate or enhance these processes (by leveraging technology if applicable) to allow for more concise reporting, reducing timelines and dependencies. Hold a relevant professional qualification (ACA, ACCA, etc.) or have extensive experience gained within a relevant business environment. Strong IT skills (Microsoft applications - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access) with understanding in the use of analytical tools (e.g. SAS, VBA, SQL) highly desirable. **The Head of Financial and Regulatory Reporting is responsible for the financial and regulatory reporting activities of our fund administration operations in Dublin.
