Your Role as a High Support Housing Team Leader
Cork Simon Community is seeking a compassionate and experienced High Support Housing Team Leader to oversee the delivery of high-quality, trauma-informed support to residents at Tir na nOg, one of our High Support Housing locations.
In this pivotal role, you will lead a dedicated team providing intensive, on-site support to individuals with complex needs who are not currently able to maintain independent living. Key Responsibilities
