The Role
This is a Senior Management position within one of Ireland's largest and quickest growing property enterprises.
- Management of a team of 7 Property Managers
- Ensure your teams key targets are met
- Oversee the actioning of key dates and management of leases & rent payments
- Work closely with the Residential Maintenance Manager to ensure properties are well-maintained and tenants receive top-quality accommodation
- Review property marketing plans, to showcase the best of your portfolio
