Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports with a focus on cost control and profitability. Handle customer feedback professionally, ensuring issues are resolved promptly. Ensure compliance with all health & safety, licensing, and employment laws. Requirements: Minimum 5 years' experience in a management role within a busy restaurant or hospitality environment. Proven track record of team leadership and delivering operational excellence. Strong understanding of front of operations. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
