Location.
This role is home-based with travel across the Republic of Ireland, as it covers the full region. We also have a small, close-knit team in Ireland who occasionally meet in Dublin — offering a great opportunity to connect and collaborate in person.

Key Responsibilities
- Own and grow relationships with national retail chains (supermarkets, liquor retailers, convenience stores, etc.), ensuring brand listings, promotions, and visibility in all key trade outlets.
- Negotiate commercial agreements, Joint Business Plans (JBPs), promotional deals, pricing, and allowances with national retailers in line with company strategy and margin goals.
- Drive sales volume, revenue, margin and market share against agreed targets for the off‑trade channel.
- Develop and execute account plans per retailer, including annual and promotional plans, launches, range reviews, merchandising, display, activation, secondary placements, in‑store visibility, etc.
- Monitor and analyse performance of accounts (sales, distribution, inventory, promotions), using retailer data, off‑trade market data, consumer trends, competitor activity to inform strategy and corrective action.
- Work cross‑functionally with Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, Brand & Trade Marketing teams to ensure alignment on forecasts, stock availability, merchandising / POS material, in‑store execution, etc.
- Forecast demand, plan budgets (promotional spend, off‑invoice / trade spend), and manage investment to maximize return on spend.
- Ensure retailer compliance and execution with agreed plans (promos, display, pricing).
- Manage pricing strategy, discounting, allowances to ensure profitability and competitiveness.
- Regular reporting to senior management – sales results, forecasts, pipeline, risks and opportunities.
- Represent Teeling Whiskey at trade shows, retailer events, tastings etc. to drive brand awareness and growth.
Skills & Experience Required
- Minimum of

What You'll Do
- Build and nurture relationships with our Advertising Partners, proactively reaching out to partners regarding campaign performance, optimizations, updates, and opportunities.

About the Role
You will manage a key portfolio for Bulmers Ireland driving new business within your customer base but also showing excellence in account management of existing business. Your focus will be on agreeing business plans to drive maximum exposure for our portfolio and enhancing profit for C&C Group, whilst aligning to your customers' strategy.
Key Duties
- Aligning overall account objectives to those of C&C
- Developing a business plan and implementing this in your account base.
- Interpreting market and customer insights to align to your customer's objectives and create mutual opportunities for us and our customers.
- Regular reviews of ranges utilising category insight and market trend data
- Promotional proposals and review in line with the annual plan.
- Regular store visits and audits to ensure you have an in depth knowledge of your customer's range, promo mechanics, POS etc.
- Analysing sales reports and negotiating corrective action with your accounts to ensure that you track in line with budget.
- Reviewing weekly logistics reports to monitor stocks/sales of all lines and ensure best in class service levels.
- Deliver on brand objectives within your customer base
- Internal and external networking to maximise sales opportunities
About You
- Strong communications and presentation skills
- Excellent commercial acumen and undertaking of key commercial metrics that enable sustainable profitable growth
- Ability to use insight to grow business and align to customer needs.
- Complexity management in a fast paced environment
- Demonstrates proactivity and problem solving skills
- Driving Licence
- WSET Level 2 preferred

Our client – already an established, highly regarded Indian supplier to the largest fashion retailers in the UK, see this an opportunity to develop their UK base as part of their strategic development.

Fashion Professionals:
2 x Key Account Managers
We seek Fashion Buyers / Senior Buyers with large high street experience or Account Managers who have supplied to large high street fashion retailers. Your product expertise could be menswear, womenswear or ladieswear.
Your role will be to continue to develop relationships and seek every opportunity to grow the business at a notable fashion retailer.
These roles are based in Dublin.
You must have the rights to live and work in the Republic of Ireland.
Salary 55,000 - £75,000 EUR + benefits.
