**Credit Analyst**
This is a very commercial role where the person will be part of the team providing Lease Operational Support to Quadient Distributing Companies.
This role is required to protect our existing Leasing Business by maximising all opportunities within our existing Lease Portfolio. This role is commercial by nature in supporting our Sales Team whilst also ensuring the Quadient Financial exposure is protected and minimised. The person selected must be customer focused, creative and willing to take the initiative in supporting our leasing activity.
Prompt response time to our Customers (both internal & external customers) is key. The role will initially focus on the UK/Ireland leasing business and in time could expand to a European Role. Some travel to
Quadient offices will be required to build relationships with key staff, work on projects and resolve issues that may arise.

On behalf of a leading real estate development and asset management firm in Dublin city centre, we are looking to hire a Financial Analyst.
In this role, the Financial Analyst will gain significant exposure to both the Finance Director and CEO, working across a number of large-scale developments across Ireland.
Responsibilities:
Support Financial Control team with Excel-based development & project models, scenario analysis and rolling forecasts.Manage cash, treasury and covenant reporting; support banking relationships.Produce commercial analysis and board-ready reports; assist with audit and month-end tasks.Who we’re looking for:
Qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA/CPA) with 0–3 years PQE.Exceptional Excel skills with strong interest in building financial-models.Comfortable with commercial analysis, strong attention to detail and clear communicator.Real estate or financial services experience and FRS 102 knowledge advantageous but not essential.We are looking to speak with exceptional candidates with strong academics and an interest in the real estate sector.
