**Credit Analyst**
This is a very commercial role where the person will be part of the team providing Lease Operational Support to Quadient Distributing Companies.
This role is required to protect our existing Leasing Business by maximising all opportunities within our existing Lease Portfolio. This role is commercial by nature in supporting our Sales Team whilst also ensuring the Quadient Financial exposure is protected and minimised. The person selected must be customer focused, creative and willing to take the initiative in supporting our leasing activity.
Prompt response time to our Customers (both internal & external customers) is key. The role will initially focus on the UK/Ireland leasing business and in time could expand to a European Role. Some travel to
Quadient offices will be required to build relationships with key staff, work on projects and resolve issues that may arise.
**Your role in our future**
+ Assist with Credit Analysis for UK/Ireland which including
+ Run Credit Safe Reports for Lease Proposals
+ Collate and Analyse Existing customer exposure (existing contracts, outstanding amounts, yield, term, frequency etc.)
+ Requesting additional supporting information from Sales Teams
+ Checking Lease rates/Yields for compliance with Group Rules
+ Assist with General UK/Ireland Queries
+ Handling Sales Queries regarding existing Lease Contracts
+ Support UK Customer Contact team on handling Customer Queries
+ Assist with UK & Ireland Portfolio Management
+ Including gathering & researching deals
+ Providing data analysis for example top 10 customer exposure
+ Assist with marketing initiatives for UK & Ireland including
+ Ensuring compliance of marketing programs
+ Monitor results of Lease Incentive programs and adapting program where required
+ Assist with launching new projects in Europe
+ Lease Insurance program for additional countries
+ Indexation

**Your profile**
+ 2+ years of experience within a Credit Analyst role or similar
+ Experience of handling customer queries
+ The ability to multitask and quickly switch your focus.
+ Ability to present on an ad hoc basis
+ Strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills.
+ Excellent team working, motivational, interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills.
+ Computer literacy, IT skills, and typing skills.
+ An understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.

**What does a successful Financial Analyst do at Fiserv?**
The successful candidate will be a key member of the EMEA Technology Finance team reporting to the Regional Tech & Ops Finance Director, and acting as business partner to EMEA Application Development, FTS (Fiserv Technology Services) and CYBER leads.
**What you will do:**
+ Month end deliverables. Working with shared service centre and accounting teams to prepare monthly entries relating to accruals, prepayments, and Intercompany allocations and staff capitalisation.
+ Create investment appraisal documents as part of the SCR (Spend Committee request) investment appraisal process
+ Regular liaison with cost centre owners and owner of functional expense (e.g., Distributed servers, Midrange servers, Mainframe, Networks, Project management) to ensure forecast of expense and headcount is accurate.
+ Monthly and quarterly forecasting, reviewing of risks and opportunities within area of responsibility. Loading of quarterly forecasts, and headcount and Essbase. Handling of all ad-hoc FP&A requests related to EMEA FTS and Cyber security
+ Oversee the Annual budgeting for EMEA FTS and Cyber security
+ Reviewing & investigating FTS and Cyber security financials to ensure results are achieved.
+ Deputise for Finance manager when required
**What you will need to have:**
+ University degree in finance or accounting related field.
+ 5+ years of finance related experience or 3+ years of finance related experience and advance degree.
+ Experience with general ledger, financial systems, forecasting, financial statement analysis and project analysis.
+ Intermediate to advance MS Excel skills.
