Your new role includes:
  • Reviewing, and managing roofing and cladding contracts from start to finish – ensuring schedule, budget and compliance targets are met.
  • Acting as the main point of contact for clients and contractors to facilitate smooth execution of projects.
  • Managing a team of Site Managers, Engineers and Subcontractors and promoting an environment that encourages accountability, safety and excellence.
  • Monitoring contract performance and compliance in line with legal, commercial and quality standards, addressing any issues that arise during execution.
  • Producing regular internal and external progress reports and conducting commercial risk assessments.
Experience you need:
  • Minimum 6-8 years’ experience as a Contracts Manager or Senior Project Manager in the Roofing, Cladding, Façades or Envelope Construction industries.
  • Knowledge of RIAI, Public Works and bespoke commercial construction contracts.
  • Proficient in Microsoft 365, project scheduling software, and commercial reporting tools.
  • Experience leading large site teams and subcontractor networks.
  • Qualification in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering or similar.
  • Full clean driver’s licence required.

JOB PURPOSE The Senior Technical Executive will lead and coordinate the planning, delivery, and evaluation of specific projects within the FSAI. The role involves working collaboratively across internal teams and with external stakeholders to ensure that project objectives are achieved on time, within budget, and in compliance with internal FSAI and public sector standards. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES Plan, lead, and manage projects from initiation to closure in line with public service governance standards (e.g. Public Spending Code, Project Management Methodologies). Prepare business cases, project initiation documents, project plans, and status reports. Coordinate internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and timely delivery of project milestones. Monitor and manage project risks, issues, dependencies, and changes. Track budgets and expenditure, ensuring value for money and compliance with procurement policies. Support change management processes associated with projects. Prepare documentation for senior management, steering committees, and governance boards. Ensure project activities comply with regulatory and legislative requirements. Participate in post-project reviews to identify lessons learned and promote continuous improvement. Support the PMO to enable measurement and tracking of benefits after project completion. A leading, established and highly successful provider of mechanical and electrical installation services to commercial and industrial buildings seek the solid appointment of an experienced and commercially talented Electrical Contracts Manager from an M&E / Building Services Electrical installation Contracts Management or similar background to join their exciting planned growth and continued success. Candidates sought MUST be based or commutable to Dublin . You will ideally have previous experience working on projects in the €M's We seek a true professional to mainly work on managing the electrical installations with experience working on commercial and industrial schemes including stadia, high end residential, hotels, hospitals, data centres, distribution centres or similar. You will manage the full lifecycle of electrical contracts, including planning, execution, and close-out whilst leading project teams and coordinating with clients, consultants, subcontractors and suppliers. Whilst you will have knowledge of compliance, legislation and standards, you will monitor project progress, budgets, schedules, and review project documentation including tenders, risk assessments, and method statements. We seek someone who can conduct regular site visits to ensure quality control and adherence to health & safety regulations and provide technical guidance and support to engineering and site teams. Paramount to the role is also to build and maintain strong client relationships to support repeat business and referrals. Candidates highly sought after are those naturally from an M&E / Building Services background, ideally with direct working experience in the contracts management and delivery of electrical installations on a large scale. You will be competent with a proven track record in managing and delivering schemes of this level. Candidates applying will ideally have experience in dealing with main contractors. Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Contracts Manager to oversee the construction of a large apartment project and a new hotel build. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all contract aspects, ensuring that both projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Key Responsibilities: Oversee all contract management activities for the apartment and hotel construction projects. Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring cost control and financial oversight. Negotiate and finalize contracts with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders. Ensure compliance with all contractual terms and conditions, legal regulations, and company policies. Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating any risks or issues. Coordinate with project managers, site managers, and other key personnel to ensure smooth project execution. Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and ensure quality standards are met. Resolve any contractual disputes or issues promptly and effectively. Prepare and present regular progress and financial reports to senior management and stakeholders. Maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders. Implement and enforce health and safety protocols on-site. Requirements: Bachelors degree in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field. Proven experience as a Contracts Manager on large-scale residential and commercial construction projects. Strong knowledge of contract law, construction processes, and best practices. Excellent negotiation and financial management skills. Proficiency in contract management software and tools. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Valid Safe Pass and manual handling certificates. Desirable: Chartered status with a relevant professional body. Experience with sustainable construction practices and technologies. Familiarity with Building Information Modelling (BIM).
