As an SAP advisor in Deloitte, you are a key member of our Consulting team where you will have the opportunity to work with global and local clients across several industries playing.
You will "make an impact that matters" in your role designing and building innovative solutions to meet our clients' needs while working within a global collaborative network of highly experienced consulting teams.
This is a challenging and fulfilling role with the potential to further develop your range of consulting and SAP S/4 HANA skills.
About the role: Lead the delivery of end-to-end Finance processes through design and implementation for SAP Finance on a variety of SAP S/4 HANA implementations, such as Brownfield+ (selective data transformation) or Greenfield, on-premises or private or public cloud.
Design, build and implement our clients' business requirements while recommending appropriate best practice solutions.
Play a key role in all phases of project lifecycle from developing the strategy to solution implementation.
Stay up to date on any new advancements in the relative SAP module functionality and other related applications.
Work in collaboration with cross-functional global and local teams to ensure successful delivery in an agile environment as well as identifying and progressing new project opportunities and building long-lasting, trusted client relationships.
Support the development of our SAP practice, including leading internal team activities, collaborating within our global network, and facilitating external client events.
About you: A third level qualification in Business, Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline Qualified accountant with ACA, ACCA, CIMA or other accounting qualification, and a strong academic record is desirable but not essential.
Relevant experience within the SAP Finance module - design, configuration, and development from projects or your own industry experience.
S/4 HANA Public Cloud implementation experience highly desirable but not a "must have".
Proven experience in SAP Finance across some of the following areas: Management Accounting, Project Systems, Group Reporting, FSCM including TRM, Pa PM, RAR/EBRR, or FP&A in SAC.
Broader knowledge of the SAP eco-system and the integration areas of Finance with other modules and applications.
Proven end to end experience in implementing minimum of 2 full-cycle SAP S/4 HANA or similar projects and associated deliverables.
Experience in process modelling and problem-solving client requirements.
Ability to travel across EMEA without any restrictions.

Support data migration, validation, and system integration efforts.
Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, or a related field.
5+ years experience in ERP implementation and support roles, with direct hands-on work in Deltek Maconomy and/or Vantagepoint.
Proven experience with the following modules: Resource Management/ People Planner Budgeting / Forecasting CRM / Pipeline & Opportunity Management Strong understanding of project-based business operations, especially in professional services or consulting environments.
Ability to create detailed documentation including functional specs, test scripts, and process maps.
Excellent stakeholder engagement skills, with a proven ability to translate business needs into technical/system requirements.
Experience with SQL & reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Cognos, or Maconomy BI).
System integration and API experience (IPaa S e.g Workato) is advantageous but not essential.
