Key Responsibilities

Requirements

• Degree / Diploma / Certificate in Health & Safety or equivalent.
• 2+ years' experience in a Health & Safety role (multi-site experience an advantage).
• Knowledge of Irish H&S legislation and ISO standards (45001,
• Strong IT skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and accurate data entry.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage confidently
• with staff and clients.
• Full clean EU driving license, with flexibility to travel to client sites.
• Strong initiative, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Positive attitude, adaptable, and committed to continuous improvement.

Preferred Skills

• NEBOSH Certificate or equivalent qualification.
• Manual Handling Instructor and/or Safe Pass Instructor certification.

Description

The role holder will lead, advise, and guide the organisation in developing positive safety behaviours and culture throughout the business.

Responsibilities will include:

• Support new projects to ensure operational EHS readiness.
• Complete EHS Design reviews of equipment and facilities.

The
EHS Advisor
(Environmental, Health, and Safety) will be a key appointment for Malone Group and our customer, ensuring the workplace complies with environmental regulations and upholds the highest standards of health and safety for all site activities. The EHS Advisor will be tasked to support the site leadership teams in aligning EHS practices with current regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
