Kashan Carpets & Flooring are looking for a suitable candidate to look after showroom sales and administrative duties such as book keeping. Being a small company, the job will be very varied and all staff members just help out with whatever is required at any given time. Many of the staff members have served for long terms.

Reporting to the Head of Operations, the Sales Administration Executive is a valued member of the team. Job Description
- Preparation and guidance for delivery of our ROI new vehicle quoting, supporting the Sales team on all new business opportunities.
- Responsible for efficient management of all ROI new vehicle orders and vehicle deliveries for both contract hire and rental stock.
- Placing vehicle orders for ROI directly with our preferred supplier network.
- Support preparation for funding proposals and gather all information required to support all applications.
- Responsible for arranging all vehicle fit outs in time for delivery, as agreed by the sales and customer at time of order.
- Communicate effectively with customers, their drivers and /or our sales team, regarding all customer requirements, vehicle renewals, grade lists, procedures and policies.
- Carry out daily reviews of all outstanding orders in the order bank, continually executing next steps based on all vehicle ETA's.
- Provide our NI office with sufficient paperwork and invoicing to support all new vehicle deal implementations for both contract hire and rental fleet.
- Preparation of minutes for weekly meetings between NI and ROI office
- Maximise customer retention and growth by providing expert advice on vehicle choice grade list accuracy.
- Management of all incoming customer queries, providing responses within agreed SLA's
- Ensure exceptional customer service delivery
- Track, review and analyse all feedback to develop strategies and process improvements.
- Any other duties that may be provided by management from time to time.
