**Responsibilities:**
+ Contribute to revenue growth by supporting sales activities for your assigned brand.
+ Engage with prospects through timely follow up and effective management of sales leads.

+ Assist with sales administration tasks as directed by your manager to support team effectiveness.

**Qualifications:**
+ A degree in structural or geotechnical engineering or a relevant academic background is preferred.
+ Professional proficiency in Arabic and French and English.
+ Up to 3 years of experience in sales or business development, ideally connected to the Middle East market.
+ Interest in building a career in sales with the ability to learn quickly and grow into increasing responsibility.
+ Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM systems. Knowledge of Cognism, Sales Navigator, or Salesloft is an advantage but not required.
+ Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
+ Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with confidence to engage prospects and colleagues.

Sales Development Manager / Motor Dublin based with open territory Our client is long established global motor company seeking a Sales Development Manager to achieve sales targets & the delivery of brand at retail. Build relationships with a consultative approach in dealing with new vehicle sales, marketing and vehicle wholesale. Partnering with the Retailers and building meaningful relationships is key. Assisting in promotional sales growth and development of the brand. Salary: €60K - €62K plus bonus and car. The Role: Drive the retailers and the territory performance to deliver new car sales volume objectives Manage retailer stock flow on monthly basis Utilise the RM agenda to ensure a consistent message is delivered to retailers across the country and giving focus to discussions around the key performance areas which are in line with MPM objectives. Complete requested reporting from CSM and ensure that this is submitted in full, in the requested format and in a timely manner. Communicate and discuss retailer performance versus objective on a one to one and Territory- wide basis. Through KPIs analyse retailer performance to drive and improve revenue. Implement, monitor and measure the effectiveness of all retailer related programmes and provide feedback/feed-forward to the CSM to effect change where necessary. Monitor retailer performance within the territory in order to identify and implement key initiatives which will positively impact on revenue streams in respect of new vehicle sales. Implement retailer standards and practices as well as audit compliance with these standards Deliver retailer development measures in a wide range of areas. Supervise and cultivate day to day relationships with external business contacts. The Candidate: 3rd level degree or equivalent Strong sales experience in the automative industry Full driving license Excellent understanding of automotive retail and head office functions Excellent communication and negotiation skills Excellent IT skills Skills: Senior sales Motor industry see spec Benefits: Bonus Vehicle Allowance

Company description: FBD Holdings PLC Job description: Job Overview The function of the Sales Development Co-ordinator is to achieve individual sales targets, together with leading / co-ordinating Commercial / Agri sales and superior customer service within the office. Working closely with and reporting to the Branch Manager, they will be results orientated. Job Responsibilities Being proactive in achieving individual sales targets together with coordinating prospecting, up selling and cross selling within the office. Managing and carrying out daily office administration, ensuring that individual daily tasks are clearly understood and implemented through regular meetings and direction. Dealing with customer queries and referring unresolved / technical queries to the relevant personnel. Ensuring all systems and procedures as laid down by the Company are complied with. Working flexibly within the Sales Office and participating in various office tasks. Acquiring and maintaining comprehensive up-to-date knowledge and information of all the Companys product range and compliance requirements and completing relevant industry qualifications as appropriate. Developing mutually beneficial working relationships and working closely with the local FBD Life Financial Planning Adviser, to continuously enhance the overall FBD Group service delivery to customers. Participating in account management initiatives of Commercial and Agri business. Part-taking in on-going renewal follow ups / revisions; identifying sales opportunities, cover / rate improvements, as appropriate. Job Responsibilities Assisting customers at the initial notification of claims stage, in line with company procedures. Taking responsibility for individual outstanding debit/premium collections. Ensuring dedicated support to the Branch Manager / Sales Executive. Motivating, encouraging and providing leadership, support and development assistance to the Sales Office team. Monitoring and measuring Sales Advisor performance and providing regular feedback and coaching also as required. Acting as office contact and support for the sales office staff, head office, Branch Manager, Sales Executive and Regional Sales Manager. Administration of Personal Lines business as required. Administration of Commercial/Agri business as required. Carrying out administration as required. Carrying out such duties as management may require from time to time. Education Qualified to Approved Product Advisor (APA), Approved Product Professional (APP), Certified Insurance Practitioner (CIP) or Grandfathered Accreditation. Experiences Previous insurance/financial services experience would be advantageous but not essential. Sales/customer service experience in a similar role would be a distinct advantage. Have the capacity to deal successfully with new challenges and opportunities as they emerge for the Company. Highly computer literate with good knowledge of Progen, TIA and Microsoft Office. Good numeracy and analytical skills are essential. Strong organisational and time management skills and be able to produce accurate, quality information within agreed timescales. Competencies Meet regulatory requirements as described in the Minimum Competency Code (Source: Central Bank, 2011) and Fitness and Probity Standards (Source: Central Bank, 2012). Ability to achieve results through others Coaching and mentoring Excellent communication skills MCC This is a controlled function under the Central Bank of Irelands Fitness and Probity Regime.
