**The Opportunity**
Being a SDR at MongoDB is a first step to jump-starting a career in tech sales, marketing, customer success or support. This role is a hybrid working model in our Dublin office.
**Day to Day**
+ Respond to inbound inquiries via website chat, phone, and contact us forms
+ Serve as the first point of contact, uncovering and qualifying new opportunities and establishing support needs
+ A mind for technology - we'll teach you about MongoDB and databases, but our customers and product are inherently technical and you should have an aptitude and curiosity to learn about those concepts
+ Collaborating with marketing and marketing ops to ensure timely and effective follow up to inbound leads
+ To be successful in this role and to be able to achieve your goals, you'll need a talent and drive for finding new businesses, triaging support queries and developing strong relationships, both internally and externally, quickly
+ Ability to speak to a wide variety of customers on the phone as well as delivering meaningful outreach sequences to establish contact
+ Understanding of the multiple business units to redirect queries in a customer centric manner

Assist dealers with tailored CRM campaigns.
Manage sales incentives.
Ongoing management and review of dealers customer order portfolio, ensuring high CSI scores.

Highly computer literate with good knowledge of Progen, TIA and Microsoft Office.
Good numeracy and analytical skills are essential.
Strong organisational and time management skills and be able to produce accurate, quality information within agreed timescales.
