About the Role:
Perform Recruitment is hiring on behalf of one of our well-established clients based in Rathcormac, Co. Cork. This respected and growing tyre company is known for its strong reputation in the automotive industry and supportive team environment. As they continue to expand, they are looking for a driven and experienced Sales Manager to join their team and help grow their client base even further.
The Position:
This opportunity is ideal for someone from a car-related industry such as a garage, dealership, parts supplier, or tyre company who thrives in a sales-focused, customer-facing role. Your main goal will be to attract and retain clients while occasionally supporting with light administrative follow-up on invoices.
Key Responsibilities:

Identify and secure new business opportunities

Maintain and grow existing client relationships

Conduct regular client visits and follow-ups

Liaise with internal teams to ensure high service standards

Assist with invoice follow-up as needed

Represent the company at local events when required

Full driving licence and access to own vehicle

• Strong existing relationships with PSPs (APIs, EMIs), Fintechs & Banks in Europe & UK, preferably in their correspondent network department
