**Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:**
+ Develop detailed tactical plans that set SMART objectives for the accelerated progression of Medtronic AST technology sell to the HSE and private hospitals within the defined area
+ Fully understand the product application in relation to the Irish healthcare market
+ Achieve of quarterly and annual sales objectives and targets and initiatives
+ Attend meetings/workshops and exhibitions as required, which may include some out of hours working from time to time
+ Build and maintain an effective network of relevant key opinion leaders within the market
+ Promote and present educational programs to professionals in the field

We are seeking a motivated and experienced **Inside Sales Representative** to join our team, with a focus on virtual engagement within the pharmaceutical sector. This role is ideal for a candidate based in **Ireland** who brings proven experience in **virtual pharmaceutical sales** and a solid understanding of the **Health Service Executive (HSE)** .
As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for managing and nurturing customer relationships, particularly those with low engagement scores. You will play a key role in lead conversion, customer support, and market development through proactive outreach and virtual engagement.
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Manage and develop relationships with assigned customer accounts through regular virtual outreach.
