To support our Advanced Surgical Therapy (AST) portfolio in Ireland, we are currently seeking a full-time, customer-focused Field Sales Representative. This is a highly rewarding role where you will have the opportunity to define and execute your own sales strategies across the full range of AST products within the Surgical Technologies portfolio-all while being part of a collaborative and professional team.
**Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:**
+ Develop detailed tactical plans that set SMART objectives for the accelerated progression of Medtronic AST technology sell to the HSE and private hospitals within the defined area
+ Fully understand the product application in relation to the Irish healthcare market
+ Achieve of quarterly and annual sales objectives and targets and initiatives
+ Attend meetings/workshops and exhibitions as required, which may include some out of hours working from time to time
+ Build and maintain an effective network of relevant key opinion leaders within the market
+ Promote and present educational programs to professionals in the field
