About ElevenLabs

ElevenLabs is a research and product company defining the frontier of audio AI. Millions of people use our technology to read articles, voice over videos, and restore voices lost to disability. Leading developers and enterprises worldwide use ElevenLabs to build intelligent agents for support, sales, and education.

We launched in January 2023 with the first AI model to cross the threshold of human-like speech. In January 2025, we raised a $180 million Series C round, valuing the company at $.3 billion. By September 2025, that valuation doubled to 6.6 billion as we surpassed 200 million ARR in under three years.

Our mission is to build the most important audio AI platform in the world, solve AI audio intelligence, and make information accessible in any voice, language, or sound.

Our core offerings are our Creative Platform and the Agents Platform, powered by proprietary Text to Speech, Speech to Text, and conversational AI models.

We are just getting started. If you want to work hard and create lasting impact, we would like to hear from you.

How we work
  • High-velocity: Rapid experimentation, lean autonomous teams, and minimal bureaucracy.
  • Impact not job titles: We don't have job titles. Instead, it's about the impact you have. No task is above or beneath you.
  • AI first: We use AI to move faster with higher-quality results. We do this across the whole company—from engineering to growth to operations.
  • Excellence everywhere: Everything we do should match the quality of our AI models.

What we offer
  • Innovative culture: You'll be part of a generational opportunity to define the trajectory of AI, surrounded by a team pushing the boundaries of what's possible.
  • Growth paths: Joining ElevenLabs means joining a dynamic team with countless opportunities to drive impact - beyond your immediate role and responsibilities.
  • Learning & development: ElevenLabs proactively supports professional development through an annual discretionary stipend.
  • Social travel: We also provide an annual discretionary stipend to meet up with colleagues each year, however you choose.
  • Annual company offsite: Each year, we bring the entire team together in a new location - past offsites have included Croatia and Italy.
  • Co-working: If you're not located near one of our main hubs, we offer a monthly co-working stipend.
About the role

As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) based in Europe at ElevenLabs you will play a crucial role in building an effective outbound sales strategy, whilst working closely with the Account Executives.

We don't just sell a product or custom-level solutions; we are partnering with enterprises to help them generate new experiences and monetization opportunities at scale with our breakthrough voice technology.

Job Description

About the role

We're leading the effort to help our client hire SDRs/BDRs to build outbound pipeline for US-based MSP clients. You'll be on the front lines: primarily making outbound calls (roughly 50–100 per day), plus sending follow-up emails and LinkedIn connection requests. Your north star is simple—start conversations and book qualified appointments that turn into revenue.

What you'll do

Use our playbooks and CRM to work targeted prospect lists, run structured call blocks, and follow a consistent follow-up cadence. You'll qualify prospects against clear criteria, handle common objections, and convert interest into scheduled meetings for our clients' closers. You'll log activity, notes, and outcomes with discipline, and you'll take coaching to improve talk tracks, tonality, and conversion rates week over week.

What you'll bring

You're comfortable on the phone, resilient with rejection, and organized in a CRM. You can write clear, concise emails and messages, and you follow a process without sounding scripted. Prior outbound experience is a plus—especially in B2B services or MSP/IT—but coachability, work ethic, and consistency matter most. This role is remote (unless otherwise stated) and may be structured as direct employment or contractor.

What we offer

A base salary plus performance incentives, a proven outbound motion to plug into, and specialized training and live coaching from top sales leaders in the industry. You'll have clear activity targets, fair definitions of a "qualified appointment," and a manager dedicated to your growth. If you want to get great at outbound, be held to high standards, and get paid for results, we'd love to talk. Apply and we'll follow up with next steps.
