As a Financial Sales Advisor, you will work closely with clients to deliver expert advice across life assurance, pensions, and investment products, helping them achieve their long-term financial goals. Key Responsibilities: Proactively drive revenue by meeting and exceeding targets across life, pension, and investment products. Conduct thorough fact-finding to identify and prioritise clients' financial needs. Deliver professional, compliant financial advice in line with regulatory and company standards. Take ownership of the client experience, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Maintain workflow efficiency and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing. Use sound judgement to resolve issues and support business goals. Consistently achieve personal and team targets through a proactive and results-driven approach. Key Requirements: QFA qualification is essential; additional industry certifications (e.g. RPA, CFP) are a strong advantage. Proven ability to assess client needs and provide tailored financial solutions. A successful track record in financial sales - ideally in intermediary or direct-to-consumer channels. Highly motivated, commercially minded, and target-driven. Confident using Microsoft Office and familiar with ePOS and administration platforms. Senior Sales Team Leader (National - Ireland & Northern Ireland) Our client, a well-established and growing distributor of premium lubricant oils, AdBlue, and related products to the automotive, agricultural, plant, and industrial sectors, is seeking to appoint a Senior Sales Team Leader to drive sales growth, lead a dynamic team, and support the continued expansion of the business across Ireland and Northern Ireland. Key Responsibilities: Lead, motivate, and mentor a national sales team to achieve and exceed performance targets.
