The Salesforce Administrator is a vital force behind the smooth operation and continual enhancement of the Salesforce platform. This dynamic role goes beyond routine system maintenance—it involves configuring and optimizing Salesforce to meet business needs, ensuring top-tier performance, and managing user access with precision. The administrator also plays a key part in driving innovation by supporting the integration of AI and emerging technologies. About the role:
- Ensure the Sales/Service Platform technologies underpinning are performing and evolving in such a way to provide an excellent sales/service journeys for customers across web, app, call centre and partner sales.
- Set-Up and configure green-field Salesforce Implementation.
- Initially focus will be on Service Cloud built using SF/Vlocity components.
- User provisioning and configuration of permissions and access. May include other non Salesforce applications.
- Salesforce Configuration and configurative development, including: Service Cloud set-up and configuration; Lightning App Builder; Flows; Object Configuration: fields, record types, visibility and permission; sandbox creations and refreshes; Data Loading.
- Supports the assessment of system requirements, identifying and addressing any potential issues prior to implementation.
- Actively pursues technology trends and incorporates into the technology roadmap.
- Work closely with Senior Solution Architects to document end to end solutions. Work as part of a team to deliver the required functionality across Sales, Service, Fulfilment,
- Payment, Billing, Support.
- Inputs into plans for Technical Verification/Regression testing plans, as required.
- Ensures peer reviews and unit tests are prepared and executed for their own work to the appropriate standards.
- Creates and updates application documentation according to documentation standards.
- Follows change control procedures and puts in place full version control and configuration management to ensure that the production service is not compromised.
- Ensures compliance with statutory and company procedures, including security policies.
- Drives and contributes to retrospectives and lessons learnt exercises to move the organisation forward and improve the quality of deliverables.
- Identifies and implements opportunities to improve development standards, processes and tools the technology deployed in the business area. Maintains an understanding of relevant industry trends.

Position Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Administrator (3–5 years) with hands-on expertise in Salesforce CPQ to support and enhance our global Salesforce platform. THE JOB
We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Development Lead to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud (especially Case Management), Data Cloud, Agent Force, Telephony integrations, and Einstein Analytics. As a Salesforce Development Lead, you will be responsible for leading the development team, designing, and implementing scalable and high-quality Salesforce solutions, and ensuring the successful and timely delivery of projects.
Responsibilities
Leadership & Team Management:
- Lead and mentor a team of Salesforce developers, providing technical guidance, code reviews and ensuring best practices and coding standards are followed.
- Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Own and maintain Salesforce development standards, including code quality, documentation, and version control.
- Lead troubleshooting and resolution of technical issues across the Salesforce ecosystem.
- Ensure compliance with KKR Information Security, Data Privacy and governance standards and policies.
Salesforce Development
- Design, develop, and deploy custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, and other Salesforce technologies.
- Design, implement and optimize Salesforce architecture (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, with a focus on Case Management, Data Cloud, AgentForce, etc.
- Integrate Salesforce with telephony systems to enhance customer service capabilities.
- Manage integration between Salesforce and other systems using Data Cloud, APIs, middleware, and data pipelines.
Technical Expertise
- Ensure the scalability and maintainability of Salesforce solutions.
- Stay updated with the latest Salesforce releases and features and recommend improvements.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Salesforce implementations.
What We Are Looking For
Education
- Bachelor's degree in computer science information technology, or a related field.
Experience
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Salesforce development.
- Proven experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, particularly in Case Management, Data Cloud, Agent Force, etc.
- Experience with telephony integrations and Einstein Analytics is highly desirable.
Skills
- Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, and Salesforce automation tools.
- In-depth understanding of Salesforce configuration, security, data model and workflows.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce Governor limits and performance optimization techniques.
