**Your Day-to-Day:**
+ Design and implement Salesforce solutions (including solution architecture, aligning to best practices, and ensuring scalability of complex business requirements) that support the full lead lifecycle, including capture, enrichment, scoring, routing, and nurturing.

**What You Bring to The Team:**
+ 5+ years of experience in Salesforce solution consulting, business analysis, or administration with a focus on lead management and marketing/sales alignment.
+ Strong understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud, lead and campaign objects, and automation tools (Flows, Process Builder, etc.).
+ Experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., Pardot, Marketo) and CRM and marketing integrations.
+ Salesforce Administrator certification required
+ Familiarity with lead scoring models, routing logic, and sales development workflows.
+ Ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
+ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to data quality and process optimization.
