- You will take ownership for the configuration and delivery of solutions to clients.
- You will monitor critical business systems, implement proactive support policies and immediately investigate and resolve issues that affect production.
- A third-level degree in Business Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- A minimum of 4 years' experience in a Functional Consultant role or implementing CRM solutions.
- Proven experience as a Salesforce Functional Consultant or in a similar client-facing Salesforce role.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce core products (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud) and their capabilities.
- Ability to gather, document, and translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex solutions clearly.
- Flexibility and a willingness to work on a variety of software solutions.

- Oracle OUM and/or AIM methodology

- Liaising with Oracle to ensure effective management of client SRs
- Ensure that clients are supported and kept up to date with latest Oracle Cloud quarterly releases
- Manage on-time project delivery and business expectations and ensure internal customer satisfaction
- Assist with risk management and change management on projects
- Advising clients on options, risks, and any impacts on other processes or systems
- Effectively communicating and driving project deliverables
- Completing tasks efficiently and in a timely manner
- Providing status and issue reports to the project manager/client on a regular basis

The Role
As a Senior Oracle Cloud P2P Functional Consultant, you'll lead the design, configuration, and implementation of Oracle Cloud Procurement solutions for our clients. You'll play a key role in enabling digital transformation through world-class Oracle Cloud technology.
What You'll Do:
- Lead and deliver end-to-end Oracle Cloud P2P solutions
- Configure Oracle Cloud for Proof of Concept demonstrations
- Facilitate requirements gathering, design, and gap analysis workshops
- Oversee functional configuration and provide technical input on integrations and data migration
- Conduct solution validation and user training
- Provide post go-live functional support and ongoing advisory services
- Ensure timely and quality project delivery while managing client expectations
Qualifications
You'll be a trusted expert and proactive problem solver who thrives on collaboration and innovation.
Experience & Skills:
- Proven track record in Oracle Cloud Procurement (SaaS), including:
- Self Service Procurement, Supplier Portal, Procurement Contracts, Inventory, Accounts Payable, Tax, and Subledger Accounting
- Proficiency with Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence (OTBI) reporting
- Strong understanding of Oracle OUM and/or AIM methodology
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- Highly organised, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple priorities
- Experience handling change requests, testing cycles, and Oracle SRs
- Strong awareness of Oracle quarterly updates and product roadmap
