UAT Leads - S4HANA (SAP SD/MM) Job Title: UAT Leads - S4HANA (SAP SD/MM) (6 months with potential for extension) Location: Dublin, Co. Dublin (Hybrid Work) Rate: €500 per/day depending on experience Overview: Our clients are seeking a contracted UAT Leads - S4HANA (SAP SD/MM) to join their dynamic transformation team. You'll drive end-to-end User Acceptance Testing efforts, ensuring seamless integration and business readiness. This is a critical role in shaping a successful ERP implementation with a strong focus on user experience and quality delivery. Key Responsibilities: Lead the end-to-end UAT process for SAP S/4HANA SD and MM workstreams. Work closely with business users, functional teams, and system integrators to define and validate test scenarios. Manage test planning, execution, and defect triage, ensuring timely resolution of issues. Coordinate and support business testers, providing clear guidance and test materials. Track testing progress, report risks and issues, and ensure alignment with the overall program timeline. Maintain detailed documentation and evidence to support audit and compliance requirements. What We're Looking For: Proven experience as a UAT Lead in large-scale SAP S4HANA implementations, especially in SD and MM modules. Strong understanding of end-to-end business processes in Sales & Distribution and Materials Management. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills across business and technical audiences. Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving and risk mitigation.
