*Purpose-led work you'll be part of *

As a Senior Manager, you'll work as part of a team of solutions-driven and problem-solving individuals, apply your technology experience and stakeholder management, to drive forward projects and programmes from strategy to execution. Responsibilities also include:

• Leading the implementation of SAP solutions and improving business processes;
• Turning client requirements into value-adding, SAP-based business solutions;
• Managing resource requirements, project workflow, budgets, billing and collections;
• Demonstrating intimate knowledge and/or a proven record of success with the SAP product suite
• Interacting with experienced client buyers and/or influencers and making a significant contribution to the development of new SAP business in the Irish market
• Developing implementation proposals
• Developing practice marketing materials, including whitepapers, practice methodologies and case studies
• Developing staff by supporting SAP training, mentoring and on-the-job coaching
• Working across the PwC network to leverage solutions and assets

*Your Profile *

• Full lifecycle experience of a medium-to-large SAP implementation with S/4HANA
• Working knowledge of  SAP implementation methodology (ASAP, Activate)
• Integration between core S/4 and other line-of-business applications (SuccessFactors etc)
• Ability to advise on deployment options (RISE, private cloud, hyperscalers) at a business level
• Strong problem solving skills with a focus on pragmatic solutions within the SAP standard best practice framework
• Ability to lead a team and manage stakeholders
• Strong written, oral and presentation skills
• Strong workshop / meeting facilitation skills

We're looking for a commercially savvy and experienced
Commercial ERP Implementation Lead
to spearhead the design, configuration, and rollout of our SAP Cloud ERP system. This is a pivotal role in ensuring seamless order management, regulatory compliance, and exceptional customer experience across our pharmaceutical distribution network.

Location:
Onsite in Loughrea, Co. Galway, or onsite in Porto, Portugal.
As our Commercial ERP Implementation Lead, your responsibilities will be as follows:

• Define and implement SD strategies aligned with commercial, regulatory, and operational goals.
• Establish governance frameworks across pricing, rebates, order fulfilment, and returns.
• Lead the SD workstream within the SAP S/4HANA Cloud ERP programme, following an "Adopt not Adapt" approach.
• Collaborate with SAP consultants and internal teams to shape pricing models, delivery processes, and system integrations.
• Ensure all order processes comply with GDP, GxP, and pharmaceutical regulations.
• Oversee ATP configuration, delivery scheduling, and returns management.
• Implement robust controls for audit trails, e-signatures, and master data integrity.
• Implement controls for audit trails, electronic signatures, and customer master data integrity.
• Act as the key liaison between commercial, regulatory, and IT teams.
• Lead workshops and training to drive adoption and compliance.
• Monitor order fulfilment KPIs and lead continuous improvement initiatives.
• Provide SD insights to support finance, logistics, and customer service functions.

Skills & Competencies

• Deep knowledge of SAP S/4HANA or SAP Cloud ERP in regulated pharma or CDMO environments.

• Hands-on experience with:

• Sales order management and ATP

• Pricing and rebate configuration
• Returns and credit/debit memo processing

• CRM (e.g., Salesforce) and logistics integration

• Familiarity with SAP Best Practices and Fit-to-Standard methodology.

• Strong understanding of GDP, GxP, 21 CFR Part 11, EU GMP Annex 11, and ALCOA+.
• Experience supporting Computer System Validation (CSV) and audit readiness.
• Proven ability to define and enforce data standards and governance models.
• Demonstrated success leading SD workstreams in large-scale ERP implementations.
• Skilled in data cleansing, mapping, and transformation.

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum of 5 years' experience in a commercial manufacturing environment. Experience in the pharmaceutical sector is an advantage, but not a requirement.
• Degree in Pharma, IT, or related field; advanced qualifications in data science, statistics, or management are a plus.
• SAP certification or data governance credentials preferred.
• Experience with AI/ML tools for pricing optimisation and order analytics.
• Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent in English.

We are seeking an experienced HR and payroll professional to lead the deployment of HR and payroll system implementation for our ERP transformation project. This role is critical in managing the transition and integration of HR and payroll systems, which will operate outside the core ERP project but interface closely with it to ensure seamless functionality across departments.

Responsibilities:
Lead the HR and payroll systems implementation, ensuring integration with the core ERP and alignment with business objectives

Drive HR and Payroll change management initiatives to support smooth adoption of new systems by various stakeholders, focusing on minimising disruption and enhancing user engagement

Collaborate with HR, payroll, finance, IT, and other departments to assess current HR and payroll processes, systems, and pain points to ensure the solution meets both operational needs and legal/regulatory requirements

Lead gap analysis and identify areas for improvement, automation, and simplification

Develop and implement a project plan for the HR and payroll system implementation, including timelines, deliverables, and resource allocation

Manage vendor relationships for third-party HR and payroll systems, coordinating system customisation, testing, and deployment

Identify and address integration points between the HR/payroll systems and the core ERP, developing solutions to ensure accurate data flow and process consistency

Provide training and support to HR and payroll teams, ensuring they are equipped to use the new systems effectively

Monitor and report on project progress, budget adherence, and risk mitigation efforts to key stakeholders

Identify and mentor internal champions for post-implementation support and continuous improvement

Skills Required:
Proven experience in HR and Payroll transformation projects across the full project lifecycle.

Strong background in change management, with a demonstrated ability to drive cultural and operational changes effectively

Comprehensive understanding of HR and payroll processes and related software

Excellent knowledge of employment law, payroll compliance, and data privacy

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and work collaboratively across teams

Project management experience with the ability to manage timelines, resources, and deliverables in complex, high-stakes environments

Experience with platforms such as Dayforce (or similar HRIS/payroll systems) is a plus
