We are seeking a Senior Lead, Contract Lifecycle Management to support Lime's work on contract and regulatory compliance for our city programs and grow our CLM function.

You'll design, scale, and manage processes and systems that ensure Lime wins contracts and meets commitments made to cities, regulators, and partners. You will be a part of a cross-functional center of excellence leveraging colleagues across legal, finance, operations, policy, and public affairs to strategize, monitor, strengthen, and report end-to-end program delivery. This is a high-impact role for a detail-oriented systems thinker who excels at building structure out of ambiguity, connecting dots across functions, and designing lasting solutions.

What You'll Do:

Contract Lifecycle Management

  • Implement and manage a new contract lifecycle management system. Own end-to-end contract lifecycle management processes, ensuring we have the systems and workflows in place to capture and track all our city obligations from procurement phases through to delivery and renewal.
  • Oversee and ensure proper contract intake, repository management, extraction, and change control.
  • Implement cross-functional SOPs for contract provisioning, compliance planning, stakeholder visibility, milestone tracking, and reporting.
  • Manage contract compliance auditing and database administration in partnership with cross-functional delivery teams, finance, and legal.
  • Work with bids and proposal teams on growth opportunities including new contracts and change orders.

Contract Compliance Oversight

  • Monitor adherence to contractual and regulatory requirements across markets, surfacing risks and gaps proactively.
  • Develop dashboards and automated reminders for key dates, milestones, and renewals.
  • Lead compliance setup for new city launches and contract amendments in partnership with our compliance operations teams
  • Collaborate with our policy, campaigns, and public affairs teams to identify, evaluate, and register contract and program changes, and provide actionable recommendations and insights to drive policy objectives.
  • Work closely with the delivery teams and other project team members to identify, analyze, and communicate potential financial, performance, and compliance risks.

Compliance Enablement

  • Drive adoption of CLM best practices across cross-functional teams through SOP development, training, guides, and change management strategies.
  • Continuously evaluate and/or implement new compliance technologies, tools, and systems as business needs evolve.
  • Ensure system scalability and accuracy by incorporating AI-assisted tools and integrations.
  • Scope, build, and sustain complementary databases and datasets (e.g., regulations and legislation) in support of compliance work.
  • Collaborate with public affairs, operations, and bid & proposal teams during tendering and contracting processes, including supporting due diligence and negotiation, and providing compliance guidance.
  • Perform data analysis and modeling in partnership with our data science teams to provide actionable insights, highlight risks, and identify opportunities.
  • Provide reporting, insights, and feedback to product and data teams for compliance product and technology development.
  • Stay current on legal and regulatory updates affecting contracts and agreements.

About you:

Education & Experience
- Bachelor's/Master's degree with focus on business administration and managementment, law, procurement, compliance, public sector management, or related field
- 5 years of related experience in compliance, risk management, or contracts management
- Proficient in government contracting and regulatory frameworks
- Experience implementing or scaling contract lifecycle management systems and practices
- Tech, mobility, or scale-up experience a plus
- Certifications such as CCCM/CPCM/IACCM welcome

Position Summary

Overview
