Knowledge of SAP modules such as FI/CO, MM, and SD is advantageous. Previous leadership role on an SAP project such as cutover lead, PMO lead, test lead, deployment lead etc. Proven extensive experience in managing full life cycle SAP implementation and upgrade projects. Ability to lead and motivate a team, manage conflicts, and make decisive decisions. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. High attention to detail and commitment to quality. Able to manage large teams both onshore and offshore. Ability to travel across EMEA without any restrictions. We operate local and remote teams across multiple locations, we design and build global solutions with variations to meet local requirements, and we deploy these in ways that maximize value for our clients.

You will become key member of our SAP team. Your role will be focused primarily on the delivery of SAP services to one or more of our multiple large clients implementing SAP S/4HANA. Your secondary focus will be on support and broader practice development. In this role, you will help develop high-performing individuals and teams, leading and supporting them to deliver exceptional client services.

Your key responsibilities
  • Implement SAP S/4HANA projects and programs that support business operations
  • Defining key project activities, milestones, timelines, and resource requirements to achieve project objectives
  • Follow and establishe project governance tools and methodologies for planning, executing, and monitoring of assigned project throughout all phases - Prepare, Explore, Realise-Build, Realise-Test, and Deploy
  • Manage the execution of an integrated plan across multiple workstreams and teams
  • Oversee, define, and monitor critical path activities and resolution
  • Implement and leads effective change management activities for impacted stakeholder communities
  • Provides ongoing reporting of project performance to Director and stakeholder communities
  • Managing risks, issues, priorities, and dependencies with clear communication of mitigation options to Director and project steering committee
  • Learning about accelerators such as SAP Model Company or EY's Pre-Configured Industry Solutions for potential use as design accelerators on client engagements
  • Senior stakeholder management and management of client expectations
  • Supporting the development of the SAP practice, including leading internal team activities, and facilitating external client events
Skills and attributes for success
  • Strong Project Management skills including planning, execution, and monitoring of data management projects

To qualify for the role, you must have:

  • At least 2 years' hands on experience leading SAP implementations in a consulting capacity
  • Proven experience in leading team planning for all project phases
  • Strong ability to lead, mentor, and motivate teams, adopting a collaborative and supportive approach
  • Skilled in defining project scope, objectives, and deliverables in alignment with organisational goals

We're looking for a proactive, analytical expert with deep hands-on knowledge of SAP Security and GRC to join the team. Key Responsibilities: Ensure GRC-related incidents and tickets are resolved efficiently and within SLA. Provide expert advice and recommend SAP solutions to cross-functional business teams. Take full ownership of SAP Security and GRC, including Access Controls. Configure, troubleshoot, and collaborate with implementation partners to optimize system performance. Lead and deliver SAP S/4HANA role redesign initiatives, including Fiori security alignment and optimization. Define and execute SAP security strategies, including SoD mitigation, risk assessments, and alignment with regulatory compliance requirements (e.g., GDPR, SoX, NIS2). Take ownership of SAP Security and GRC Access Controls (GRC 12), including configuration, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement. Collaborate with business stakeholders and implementation partners to resolve GRC/security tickets, provide expert guidance, and ensure smooth post go-live support. What We're Looking For: Minimum 10 years of SAP Security and GRC experience, with recent exposure to GRC 12 Access Controls. Strong hands-on expertise in SAP Security configuration and role design. At least 2 years of experience working with S/4HANA environments. Proven ability to analyze Segregation of Duties (SoD) risks and implement effective mitigation strategies.
