My client is looking for an experienced SAP Security GRC Consultant with good experience working in a SAP ECC Security environment to join their growing team. You'd partner with clients and internal teams and act as a liaison between technical and business teams. It's a permanent role, one day a week in Dublin City Centre. The Role

Identify and analyse risks in S4 Systems, BW Systems, and Cross System (SRM&S4). Lead workshops with business stakeholders to identify remediation/mitigations. Manage various stakeholders and acting as a liaison between technical and business teams. Implement remediation changes and change requests in roles. Perform unit testing and assist UAT.

Maintain configurations and ruleset in GRC. Design/amend GRC workflows. Defect resolution and post go live support. Share knowledge with other SAP Security team members. Adhere to customer policies, procedures, and audit requirements.

Experience/Skills Needed

Knowledge of SAP S4 Hana. Strong hands experience of SAP ECC Security and SAP GRC 12.0 ARA, EAM & UAM. Working experience of SAP Business Warehouse Security. Experience in success factors. Strong Excel skills.

We're looking for a commercially savvy and experienced
Commercial ERP Implementation Lead
to spearhead the design, configuration, and rollout of our SAP Cloud ERP system. This is a pivotal role in ensuring seamless order management, regulatory compliance, and exceptional customer experience across our pharmaceutical distribution network.

Location:
Onsite in Loughrea, Co. Galway, or onsite in Porto, Portugal.
As our Commercial ERP Implementation Lead, your responsibilities will be as follows:

• Define and implement SD strategies aligned with commercial, regulatory, and operational goals.
• Establish governance frameworks across pricing, rebates, order fulfilment, and returns.
• Lead the SD workstream within the SAP S/4HANA Cloud ERP programme, following an "Adopt not Adapt" approach.
• Collaborate with SAP consultants and internal teams to shape pricing models, delivery processes, and system integrations.
• Ensure all order processes comply with GDP, GxP, and pharmaceutical regulations.
• Oversee ATP configuration, delivery scheduling, and returns management.
• Implement robust controls for audit trails, e-signatures, and master data integrity.

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum of 5 years' experience in a commercial manufacturing environment. Experience in the pharmaceutical sector is an advantage, but not a requirement.
• Degree in Pharma, IT, or related field; advanced qualifications in data science, statistics, or management are a plus.
• SAP certification or data governance credentials preferred.
• Experience with AI/ML tools for pricing optimisation and order analytics.
• Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent in English.

Position Summary
As a (Mid-Level) SAP Security Engineer, you will be responsible for security operations of ERP systems, implementing and maintaining security roles, authorizations, and controls across our SAP environment. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to support compliance initiatives, manage user access, and proactively identify and mitigate security risks.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide operations support for SAP security services, service requests, incidents and troubleshooting access issues
• Design, implement, and maintain SAP security roles and authorizations across modules (ECC, S/4HANA, BW, Fiori, etc.)

Position Overview:
We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented security analyst to join our Identity Access Management team. This role is responsible for supporting the day-to-day security operations of SAP and JD Edwards EnterpriseOne (E1) systems. The analyst will handle Level 1 and Level 2 service tickets, troubleshoot user access and authorization issues, maintain access roles and security parameters, and assist with compliance and audit-related tasks. Key Responsibilities:
Access Management & Operational Support

• Respond to and resolve Level 1 and Level 2 help desk tickets related to user access, password resets, and authorization issues in SAP and JD Edwards E1.
• Perform user provisioning and de-provisioning in accordance with established access control policies and procedures.
• Maintain and update user roles, profiles, and authorizations, ensuring proper segregation of duties (SoD) and least privilege access.
• Troubleshoot and resolve access-related issues, including role conflicts, missing authorizations, and system errors.

Security Configuration & Maintenance

• Support periodic role clean-up and optimization efforts to reduce excessive or outdated access.

Monitoring & Incident Response

• Monitor system alerts for process failures and system health checks, ensuring timely identification and resolution of operational issues.
• Escalate potential security incidents to senior analysts or the incident response team as appropriate.
• Participate in root cause analysis and remediation efforts for access-related incidents.

Compliance & Audit Support

• Assist in the execution of internal controls related to user access, including quarterly access reviews, SoD reviews, and audit trail validation.
• Prepare and maintain documentation to support internal and external audits, including SOX, SOC, and GDPR compliance.
• Ensure that all access-related activities are properly logged, tracked, and auditable.

Process Improvement & Documentation

• Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of security operations procedures, knowledge base articles, and training materials.
• Identify opportunities to automate or streamline access management and monitoring processes.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 1–2 years of experience in IT security, help desk support, or enterprise application administration.
• Hands-on experience with SAP and/or JD Edwards EnterpriseOne (E1) security administration.
